Waited for a few minutes, with no customers ahead of me and 2 people behind the counter; who did not acknowledge I was there, except to look at me. Also the filthiest restroom I’ve ever been in regarding a Subway store. Very sad to see this for a business

Husband has been trying for months to get on there and the store manager keeps saying she is waiting for a lady from the main office to get in touch with her and it's been going on like this for almost 2 months and he calls at least every other day to check on the progress it's ridiculous

Made pick up order left when app said order was ready and it was not. Had to wait 15 mins and then get stuck in bad weather due to the hold up. Not happy. If it ain't done dont say so on the app!!!

Only one employee her name is Bailey very kind and professional even though she was working solo she was amazing with her service my group was 12 people would definitely wait again for her to make our group our meals again

Went through the drive-through. No answer at the ordering menu so we pulled up to the window. Sat there for 5 minutes. No one came, even though one kid saw us sitting there. Called and no answer. Just a little annoying and overall disappointed with customer service these days.

Drive up window, employee was conversing qith friend at window until he looked out and saw us behind the truck, truck drove off and we pulled up and the employee completely ignored us. We left after waiting 10 mins. Will never go back there again. Service sucks. Never got to order so dont know about the food, but I can only imagine. 6/5/24 around 19:00

Whats the point in advertising Coupons if you dont accept them........Last 3 times I was told that " the coupon machine isnt working" when I went to pick up my order.....Seriously ?? SO you end up paying the full price......How hard is if to ring up a coupon and then add the tax....does it really take a "machine " to do that...or could they simply use a paper and pen or perhaps calculator.?? Wont be going back until the "coupon machine " is fixed...

Okay so this is the 3rd time I've ordered online and it says ready, then still a 30 to 45 min wait when arrive. Last time we had an appointment and just had to leave after waiting 45 min, when it said ready online! I called for a week straight to either get a refund or sandwiches, but never ever got to talk to a manager, left my number never got a call back. So I ordered again a few weeks later and sandwich was completely wrong! Tried to call...no answer. Tonight I ordered the last time ever and online it said ready, 36 min wait finally got it. I paid for double meat didn’t get it, paid for bacon didn’t et it, and no cheese! Tried to call the number it goes to a fax machine! Do better!!!

Stopped by to get something to eat for lunch today.. traveling back to Jackson, Tennessee... nice and helpful employees... Mama got a Veggie sandwich Kids Meal without a beverage. My middle sister got a half inch sub( warm) with chips & I got a 6 inch Flatbread Sub with Turkey, Provolone Cheese and a little drizzle of Honey Mustard. I got a bag of Cheetos Crunchy. My sister and I already had a beverage.Everything was absolutely delicious and I definitely want to return for another visit ( if at all possible!)
