I ordered a Happy Meal with nuggets..after going back in after I was in my car headed out..did I mention I was passing trough from another state.. as I got a happy meal with only a hamburger patty..I did not get my toy! Really..and fries..is that what 6 broken crappy fries in a container are called..Not impressed! And No they were not that busy!!

Several times I have come well before 11 (yalls alleged closing time) and yall are gone up to 20-30 minutes before? That's not just bad business it's lazy. Either work till the advertised time or change your displayed hours

Went thru drive thru staff was very friendly until we went inside to collect an item they didn't put in the bag. After we requested the hashbrown the Manager became agitated towards the staff for leaving out hashbrown. When we opened up the mcgridle the sausage and the cheese was both dry and seemed as it had been sitting under lights. The bread itself tasted like garlic. The apple pies were dry and the filling was all over the inside of the box and had very little in the inside of the pie.

French fries were ok but me and my dad had to wait 30 minutes in line with 2 other cars and it seems they weren’t taking the lady who was ready to orders order she was just sitting there waiting on them i’m sure she’s angrier than us, vinita needs to either close their mcdonald’s or build a whole new one with more employees.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, and that is really saying something. Waiting in line at the drive thru for over 30 minutes is insane.

It is bad enough that it took over 12 minutes with only 2 vehicles in line at the drive through, but no napkins with the food tells me the staff is not properly trained or just incompetent. Food was okay.

Very rude workers!! Sat at the drive thru window for well over 5 minutes without anyone saying anything to me and when I asked if anyone was there I was greeted very rudely as if I was annoying them or something! You can bet I pulled out of there and took my business elsewhere🤷🏻♀️

I sat in the mobile pickup for 20 minutes. Went inside and stood for 25 minutes. Waiting on an order that I had sent on mobile 15 minutes before I got there. After about 10 minutes of standing inside, they decide to tell me that they didn't have the food that I ordered and asked to substitute it. Then when they substituted it they magically found the other food that I had ordered. This has happened at least twice now.
