Went to try the buffet for 1st time since covid today. We were there for about 45 minutes. We had to ask for salad as they n9 longer have it on the buffet. I have Alpha Gal and asked for a chicken pizza to be made for the buffet. Was told no problem. We never got our salads. I had to walk up 2 times for refills. The chicken pizza? Never saw it. In the end we didn't get our food and I was charged for 1 full buffet with 2 drinks. $16.00 and left still hungry. The young woman working was by herself and trying to train someone. I don't blame her, I blame miss poor management. Had they said oh we are so sorry and not charged me, I might be tempted to try it again some day. Now? No way am I going to go back to have to pay for a meal we really didn't get.

Too expensive. I would rather drive to Mazzios in Pryor than eat overpriced garbage pizza from crap pizza from Vinita. $3 for peperoni toppings on a medium pizza, get bent.

Order the new York style pizza with pepperoni today. Unfortunately there was no pepperoni and the pizza came squished and the cheese sliding off the whole thing. The tastes was fine but it would of been nice to get what we ordered.

My carry out order was ready when I arrived to the store, the staff were friendly, and my pizzas were made perfectly. I did check my order and was missing one extra marinara sauce so I did have to go back through the drive thru but the young lady at the window was super friendly and apologetic and gave me a couple extra marinara for the inconvenience. Overall had an excellent experience and it was the best tasting pizza my family and I have had in a long time. We chose the Vinita location over Claremore because of the reviews and we definitely made the right decision. We will definitely be back!
Me and my husband went through the drive through to place a to go order and we sat in our car for about 5-10 minutes, we could clearly see there were 2 employees kept looking at us, never acknowledge us at all. So, we decided to call in our order as we were sitting waiting to even been asked anything. They need to be trained in customer service…

Waitress brought menu, then our drinks. We needed a minute, so she said she would be right back. Guess got sidetracked because 20 minutes later, i had to go up to the desk and ask for a waitress. Only had 6-10 tables/booths with people in them, so they were not busy. Maybe new, it happens. The food was AMAZING!!
