The girl was trying to work by herself someone didn't show up truffle coffee was good ... the spicy burritos were a little dry and half of it was just tortilla.,the girl was nice and tried to get us taken care of fast I appreciate that!

I have been a customer since they first opened their Miami location . But I frequent the Vinita location everyday sometimes 2 times a day .i used to love their coffees and the service .i previously made a review stating just that . But unfortunately due to recent circumstances I feel the need to write a separate review . I had been yelled at through the window for being there at 545 during the week days . The lady at the window stated “you don’t need to ever come here before 6am . We don’t open till 6, you didn’t give me time to count my register!” . The advertisement states that the store opens at 530 am on the weekdays . So I told the lady that and she further stated that I pissed her off and that that I don’t ever need to go there before 6 am . So if this is an advertising error how was I supposed to know that ? And if that’s the case can yall fix that so no one else gets ridiculed for trying to buy a coffee . On a separate occasion I ordered a drink that I’ve ordered many times before when I went to take a drink of it , it tasted rotten like the milk or something was bad so I did a circle back around the parking lot (I did not leave the location ) when I got to the window the “manager” stated “there is nothing wrong with your drink! I know that because I made it ! It’s not my fault that you ordered a drink that tastes bad, we don’t exchange or refund here “ she further went on to say that if I wanted her to remake the drink or order a different drink that I needed to pay for a new one . So I did , but only asked her to not use the same milk or check the dates so I didn’t get a rotten drink again . And asked her if I could taste the drink at the window before I left just in case it tasted bad again , she told another worker I was stupid . I will not be frequently this location anymore . Thank you for your time . Unfortunately that store lacks professionalism and I hope that changes because I liked that scooters before these situations happened .
