Ordered in the drive thru at 8:14pm on 11-9-24. Received cold, stale nacho fries, cantina crispy chicken tacos that were not fresh, and a chicken quesadilla that had jalapeno sauce on it when the ticket clearly said "No creamy jalapeno". To sum it up, the food was awful and the service was lacking since the order was wrong.

When there's no one in the line behind you but you always still get pulled around to the side of the building makes no sense. The only reason that that would be happening, and it happens every time, is if you have a timer that upper management sees to be able to determine how long it's taking you to get a customer served. So if I pull away from the drive-thru window that makes it appear that my services complete. But that's not true. If there's nobody in line behind me whatsoever, there is no reason that I should be pulling around other than to help the staff cheat the system.

I have been really disappointed lately with Taco Bell in general because I have had a lot of incorrect orders and gross items (old/stale) we were served. This location made me realize that I have been to some poorly ran locations. Not only did are food come out super quick, it was all made correctly, and everything seemed super fresh. Something I also didn’t think I would appreciate so much was the bag was organized and not every thing thrown in there and dumping out. Keep up the good work!

Food was ok. The chips I was served were nothing but crumbs. Once I addressed it the team members were quick to give me a new bag. My rating is based on the fact that there is no changing table in the bathrooms. Every food establishment should have one if they don’t want people changing diapers in the dining area.
The team that served me my quesadilla this morning was fast and friendly! Not to mention the food was great!

Today We Picked Up Something From Here For Lunch & They Forgot Our Hot Sauce Which Isn't A Big Deal But Our Chips Were Literally Crumbs That Were Dumped In The Bottom Of The Bag. When I Tasted One Of Them It Tasted Like Cleaning Chemicals. This Location Is Never Consistent With Their Quality.
