Clean nice location. Good food and the greatest service. Riley, Page, Nate and Kathy are all great. They really treat the customers good. Better than any of the locally owned restaraunts in Wagoner.

So um..... I just came thru the drive thru.... Dude was counting his drawer..... And he scratched his armpit and then grabbed somebody bag of food. Sorry y'all ... Won't be eating here again

I really like Arby's, however, their lemonades are so over priced. They should follow Wendy's pricing on that, and also the sizes available are tiny, unlike Wendy's. I used to get the turkey sliders and they got rid of those, so I don't go much. I did recently try the chicken sliders, and it tasted good, but they have gotten so small, but the price went up, so I also think that's a negative. Basically, I only go here when decent coupons are issued out, Otherwise it's too expensive, it is STILL FASTFOOD.

Restaurant is just dirty. Dead fly came out of the ice dispenser and when I told the girl at the front counter, she just sneered (ohhh no, she might actually have to work)and told the manager, who then apologized and got some ice from the drive thru. Not sure what was up with the attitude but, customer service is def not her forte. Put a mop and rag in her hand and make her clean. Dirty tables, food on floors and dead flys literally, everywhere!

I used my Arby's mobile app for the Wagoner oklahoma store today. I messed up my time to puck up. They were great! Totally my mistake, yet we were treated with kindness. They fixed the problem and we were on our way. The food was correct, hot and delicious. Thank you so much. We really appreciate you all.

Awesome as always. We always have it when we come up from Texas.
Food was good except for the turnover which was flat, stale, and cold. The service was good and fast.
This is a regular lunch break for me and they always do great!
