So I go in to Burger King and ask about being a walmart+ member and nobody knows how it works. Smh. Looks like to me being a manager and not knowing anything, there should be some type of schooling for them. She also needs training in customer service saying she kept walking and didn't want to talk to me. Now I love Burger King but for some reason they don't want to help out economy by helping people save a $1. Possibly because it may reflect on her bonus?? Now the young lady at the register was nice. Note to Burger King- train your people correctly before putting them in these positions. Don't know that I'll eat here again.

The customer service was exceptional! There were a male and female working during my visit who were very friendly. They dropped our chicken fresh and had our food ready in minutes! Got our order right and gave my kiddo a crown through the window! Literally they were the nicest people I have ever experienced in fast food. :) 10/10

i went through the line and they took over 20 minutes to get me my food even though there was barely any other customers. when we finally got our food they had forgotten part of our order.

They now cook all the food once the order is placed. Burgers are fresh, hot and delicious. The staff has been friendly, and the building is clean and comfortable. My daughter wants to give them 15 stars and I agree

This is the worse store I've been I have ever visited. The staff is so rude and on top I ordered on the app three weeks ago and the app took the order as well as my monet and when showed up at the store to puck up food which was about 2 minutes after they closed was informed by a young manager that they was closed and could not prepare my food and could not reimburse my money and had to go thru the app. 3 weeks later still nothing and even corporate don't answer calls. And now the store has blocked my app from ordering. When called the young male manager yesterday wanting corporates number he didn't have a clue their number. So happens it's the same young male manager that would not prepare our food that night.

This place has quickly become the slowest Burger King there is. They are so worried about window time that they ask everyone to pull forward. If you don't immediately pull forward, they will stare at you through the window.
