DO NOT GO HERE!!! We stopped here on our way to a baby shower. Went to usethe bathroom an ive been in truck stop bathrooms cleaner than this. We ordered our food an left an its a good thing we did. Because the food was absolute shit!! The mcdoubles had a gallon a piece of ketchup on them probably trying to hide the fact the patties where made last week. The mcchicken was stale an just horrible. The only reason the fries tasted ok was i watched them make them fresh. This place should be shut down dont go even the health inspector doesnt go here. There was also a sign to call in complaints i left a message an still havent heard back from them.

I stop here often and haven’t always had the best service in the past however today it was totally different. The drive through line moved quickly and efficiently. Both employees that were working the drive through were exceptionally nice . Wanted to give them a well deserved shout out (visit was 9/6/25 at 12:30 ). Great job!!!

I unfortunately got food poisoning after eating at this McDonald.
I’m not sure what the name of the lady is that took my order on May 19 at 3 o’clock in the drive-through but her attitude was Absolutely horrendous. I tried to be as polite as possible, and loud as I could, because it was loud outside without sounding rude so that way the lady could hear me on my order. My fry was a medium instead of large like I had asked, and my Dr Pepper was a diet Dr Pepper. No big deal she probably had a hard time hearing me but While trying to make sure that she put that in right and have her change it she cuts me off and tells me to pull forward so I ask her again. Can you please make that a regular Dr Pepper not diet and start hugging and puffing and saying yeah I guess that’s OK. I’ll just pour it out and make another one. Then tried getting her to fix the medium to a large. She couldn’t hear me so I tried speaking louder. She said she still couldn’t hear me so I raised my voice as loud as I could still trying to be polite and just asking her to change it to a large cut me off again and just tell me to pull forward. Pull around to pay I get a nice gentleman who checked me out and I assume the lady that took my order was the one who I could see in the back with the headset on trying to peer over his shoulder to look at me through the drive-through window, rolling her eyes and shaking her head at me (short heavyset woman probably in her 30s to 40s) Thankfully, the guy who got me paid up was nice and the Young lady who gave me my food was also very polite never had any issues here everyone’s usually really, really polite. I don’t know what her problem was reading the reviews. It’s probably the same person. I see on here getting bad review After BAD review Not surprising apparently But I was trying to be as polite as possible. yes ma’am, no ma’am While trying to be loud enough so she could hear me but the attitude I got for just making sure my order was correct was not needed. That is your job. Apparently, you need a new one if that’s too hard for you

I did a mobile order. And they didn't give me two of my items and then my breakfast sandwich was burnt. When I went back up there to get it fixed and get the two items they forgot. They gave me a cheeseburger and a fry. Said breakfast was over and they couldn't do anything about it. We'll maybe if it had been done right the first time we would not be in this situation. This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
