I would recommend using brioche buns or something sturdier than the buns you currently use on your big mouth sisterwich sandwich. The current ones do not hold up.

The food is always the star of the show, so service and atmosphere mean little. I had been here 6 mos ago and it was only ok, good but not great. However, I have been twice in the last month and it was wonderful! My wife is very hard on BBQ joints and she LOVED the food. Plus, she bought two bottles of sauce all on her own. Meat very tasty, couldn't have been more tender and moist. I come all the way from mid-Tulsa, so you know it's really good.
Let's face it. For me it's all about the sauce! Yes, yes, I know. The meat must be fall-off-the-bone tender, with all the flavor infused, with most of that good ol' flavor enhancer...Fat removed, at least to my texture sensitive mouth. SISTERS' have all the good meat requirements locked in. Now comes the awesome sauce. Rangers BBQ Sauce. Made locally in Oklahoma and as good a BBQ sauce as I've ever had - bar none! And, that's comin' from a 5th generation Texas gal who sampled all around Tejas then moved to Oklahoma 45 years ago and sampled all types BBQ sauce 'round here. This sauce is so good, I purchase a bottle or 2 and bring 'em home! GO and try it out at SMOKIN' SISTERS BBQ ON MAIN in Wagoner and see if you don't agree.
