We made a mobile order while passing through. Got there one minute before our time window. Waited almost 30 minutes to even get our food. 20 minutes in they said they were out of corn dogs and I asked them to replace it with the jr double cheeseburgers instead. Finally came back with our food and still missing one item and they gave us regular double cheeseburgers. Larger burgers, cool, but did not want mayo and all the extra stuff on it (which is why I ordered the jr double.)
The ladies seemed so clueless and confused. Drive through was slowly getting there stuff but the 3 cars including us sat far too long.
I got a strawberry shake that was completely liquid and practically a drink and the worker told me it was supposed to be like that even though my husbands wasn’t.. “so its easier to drink”..
The food was hot and fresh. The order was made correctly, the location seemed clean. This place has improved since last time I came here.

Sonic, who was based in Oklahoma, originally, now sold to a restaurant conglomerate in Chicago, has literally become a disaster. Food has no seasoning, mostly overcooked, and condiments are restricted to 1 or 2 packets (depending on store). The regular sized hot dogs, besides the foot long dogs, are absolutely nasty. They switched from pork & chicken dogs, to nasty beef dogs. They are tough, greasy, horribly seasoned. Sonic used to buy their chili for the hot dogs from The Chili Bowl in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Which was excellent in taste. Now, the chili they use on the hot dogs is bland and not fit for a dog's food. Sonic focuses their drinks, not their food. Profit over quality. Don't waste your money and time.
Ordered a breakfast burrito and it has no sausage on it egg and cheese only......why ??????? I mean do they not understand their own menu....
Our burgers were made completely sloppy missing a 3rd party that we paid for on one of the burgers was supposed to have a strawberry slush with nerds add and they just added strawberry to a nerd slushy completely backwards from what I ordered along with the charge of having my drink made that way so 2 different extra charges for the things we ordered and didn’t receive!!! Then to top it off they have no number to get ahold of someone to fix your messed up food!!! Over all very disappointing I don’t recommend this sonic to anyone!!!!and to mention how burnt my number one was
I ordered two items that come with their own special sauce! I did not receive my sauces, how can you enjoy an item without the sauce it should come with?!
Waited over 15 min and got no service. No one answered the call nor acknowledged us sitting there when they saw the vehicle sitting there.

Never place a mobile order here. They will not have something and then refuse to refund and send you to a 1800 number to get a refund and you will never see your money again.
