I have been traveling miles to go to Sons since I was a kid. It was my father’s favorite and still one of mine. We literally took road trips just to go there and now I take my kids there.

When there today some kid was running the register normally the food is good must of been a off day my burger was cold set in the drive up window for awhile had a call in come on let’s do better if you want any more of my money..

Used to love this place as a kid. Such good memories of quality food in the 90s. Stopped by last weekend and it has gone downhill today the least. They were out of ice cream for root beer floats for one thing, and we weren't informed to after we ordered and sat down. One good thing I'd say is they still shred Velveeta on top of their open-face chili cheese burgers it would appear. I think I satisfied my memory of the place and won't be back for a long while. Oh yeah .. and there is still no restroom or place to wash your hands after 30 years! 😂. You'd think they would have come up with a solution to that besides a little bottle of hand sanitizer at the counter.

Great small town hamburger place. Great food and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are traveling through the Wagoner, OK area.

Tried them for the first time and got the special which was a large char burger, fries and a drink. Cheese is a dollar extra which just adds salt to the wound considering that was one of the most overcooked burgers I've had in a long time. The frys were okay at best. Im more of a crunchy fry person and theres definitely are not. The service was fine no complaints on that. My total after adding cheese was a hair over $12. I gave 1 star for atmosphere because it wasn't much cooler in there than it was outside. We planned on dinning in, but took it to the truck so we could eat with some AC.

This place has comedy level roof leaks in a driving rainstorm but the food is good, the menu is vast, and the staff is friendly. Wouldn't even consider any local fast food joint with this place around. Highly recommend (especially if its raining).
