I have been traveling miles to go to Sons since I was a kid. It was my father’s favorite and still one of mine. We literally took road trips just to go there and now I take my kids there.
This place has comedy level roof leaks in a driving rainstorm but the food is good, the menu is vast, and the staff is friendly. Wouldn't even consider any local fast food joint with this place around. Highly recommend (especially if its raining).
We were on a road trip that took us through Wagnor about lunch time and wanted to not eat at a chain we found this place and were really glad we did! The food was really good, hot and fresh. And those cheddar cheese balls…yum! The staff/owners are extremely kind and friendly. So go ahead and skip the chains if you’re traveling through and come here. You’ll be glad you did. I’m sure the locals already know this. 😄
