I almost always use the app here, and the foods always ready by the time I get there. The food is always good, I only have to complaints, I can't customize a breakfast sandwich (like if I wanted turkey or chicken, instead of ham or steak) and the cross contamination factor. I'm allergic to pork and beef, and I know it's a risk eating here, I just wish there was a safer solution.

We couldn't order from the menu board because the lady just could not get it right. Even when we pulled up to the window, ordering was difficult. Despite the place not being busy, it took 9 minutes for them to get the food out! They didn't even cut the foot long meatball sub. It was supposed to be hot, but wasn't. My daughter ordered sweet tea with her sandwich, but it wasn't. Literally the only thing they got right was the bag of chips. I would not go back even if they were the only place open.

Placed an order online and it stated it would be ready by noon. I arrive at the store and it was not ready. They said they didn't receive an order for me. I showed someone that appeared to be the manager that I had indeed placed the order and was charged for said food. I was informed I would have to reorder food. When I asked why would I do that and be charged twice for said food, I was told not to come back. I did not yell nor did I get belligerent with anyone. I have placed orders to be picked up from this store before and have not ever had any issues. Seems there is a new crew here and all of a sudden I have issues.

I asked for a “the outlaw” but a protein bowl , lady obviously was confused by it idk if she’s never made one before but she immediately looked at the other guy and he gave her a bowl she asked me what cheese and I said shredded so the first thing she put in the bowl was just shredded cheese then only ONE serving of the meet then everything I asked for my lettuce , onions they acted like they were about to run out I eat these protein bowls all the time all over Oklahoma it’s always a lot of food for around 12 bucks the bowl wasn’t even half full . It was the most sorry salad I’ve ever seen in my life and I have never wrote a bad review on someone but I am headed home from subway rn still starving . Flat out ridiculous

Bread was so overcooked couldn't eat it. Staff was talking and laughing between them didn't have time for a customer. This was their last chance have tried 3 times would not recommend unless you like burnt hard crunchy sandwich.

I'm not blaming doordash at all. I'm blaming Subway I've noticed they make your order very sloppy when you are not in person. My advice do not order from Subway through doordash go in person to get better service
