Sorry McDonalds They first thing we went too were the bathrooms and they were horrible like you can’t even imagine just you need too get them cleaned up and sanitized like crazy
They eating area needed cleaning too so if you wanna hold up too the food chain of McDonalds you will have too do a lot too be recognized again I know you can do it it’s is just they of fact too put more afford in every aspect in our company
They waiter who attended your order was great she knew what she was doing and did a great job
So if you read this and you are they manager or owner feel free too ask what all we saw in our visit so we can help you improve very much and get recognized again

This location was inside a Sinclair Gas Station. I found it to be clean in appearance with a friendly Staff. Since it was Breakfast, We ordered a Single Biscuit & Gravy plus an Egg McMuffin with Hasbrown with a Sweet Tea and a Steak & Egg Bagel with Hashbrown and an Iced Dulce Deleche Frappe. The lady said they couldn't make the Iced Coffee so she gave him an upsized Orang Juice. As we walked away to find a seat, the woman was told that they could make it. I was very disappointed when I found that the tea was not sweet, but instead was unsweet. Just as we finished our drinks I knew i had to take a trip to bathroom before getting back on the Interstate. Food went right through me. Wow! That was quite unexpected for me. I don't know what to think of that so I won't make any assumptions as to why just that it happened to me & the person I'm on the journey with. Would I recommend this particular location? No, probably not.

Every time I come to this location my order is always, wrong or I have missing items. It's almost like the workers do this in purpose at this point. Even with a receipt, my missing items wasn't replaced because they accused me of eating it. I asked to speak to a manager and the issue was not resolved simply because I went through the drive through and didn't notice the missing item until I got home. REMINDER: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTRAUNT!! I understand messing up an order once or twice but this is an all the time thing. There's not a lot of locations near Warner so that's why I've kept coming here but I'm seriously done. Most of the workers are rude at the drive through and they make you park by the bush for just a damn drink.

Awesome service, minimal wait. Only reason for 4 star atmosphere was the girl sitting in the booth on her computer giving me weird stares all 3 days I came in.

This particular McDonald's we stopped at on our trip was an absolute disaster! First three out of the four kiosks are broken. Then when I ordered some sodas there was no ice in the ice machine so they had to fill up my cups from the drive-thru ice dis penser. Lastly when I tried to use the restroom no toilet paper whatsoever in the men's restroom and the lady had to go all the way to the convenience store next door in order to bring some toilet paper. So I took a giant roll of it and went into the bathroom and there was tore the paper and trash strung out all over the floor. It was water all over the floor and a mirror looked like somebody had thrown up all over it. It was streaky and brown and orange. It was an absolute mismanaged disaster! Definitely a place to remember on our trip in the worst possible way

Atmosphere gets a ding because it's shared with a gas station and was FREEZING cold (like my teeth were chattering after 15 minutes).
But they did drop food at our table, even if it was a pretty long wait for just a sausage McMuffin, hash browns, and basic breakfast.
