Casa Maya - Guatemalan Food

Perfect dining experience . Went on a Monday at 2pm and still had excellent service! Fresh food clean fryers. I worked restaurants alot and you can tell if they keep it clean . The French fries were very good which is hard to pull off for thicker cut potatoes. We got quesadillas and they were perfect. Also nothing is overly spicy. I went to an asian restaurant and it had food so hot it needed warning signs no joke and I like hot food. So OVERALL 10/10 STOP BY AND TRY . Seating is limited as its a smaller place but definitely a hidden gem of oklahoma city. The official Dalton review lol!

When you need a break from traditional American breakfast food, come here. You won't find biscuits and gravy here, unlike every single restaurant

We had a long drive all the way from Texoma and let me tell you, this place is exceptional, food is great, home made tortillas, everything is fresh. service is fast and the owners are wonderful people.

The service is horrible but the food is great. I always get the impression that they don't want or need your money if you are not a Guatemalan person. Although I have tried again and again, nothing changes it has just becomes worse. They don't try to speak English at all anymore and they don't mind turning you down. I will never go to eat here again.
