This place has terrible customer service! I helped with the preparation of my nieces quince. As stressful as the planning of a quince is already this venue sold my cunada lies and at the very end added extra stress! To the point it was hard for us all to decompress and enjoy the event. We went the day before to decorate we were met with a disgusting mess. My sister in law sent pictures to the manager to get the venue cleaned. We had to wait. Then the tables were not set up according to plan so we had to redo all the tables before being able to start decorating at 8pm a lady came in and said we needed to leave. We said ok while trying to gather the kids who were practicing their dancing and all of our belongings the lady shut the lights off leaving us in the dark! My sister in law had to use a flashlight to find her keys! The next day everything was extra rushed and stressful with decorating and getting everyone ready! My sister in law had pardrinos buying cases of beer for the open bar by the end of the night all unused cases were torn open and kept by the venue! SCAM !!! Then my sister in law paid to have venue going until 2am at 1am lights came on out of no where! We were told they wanted everyone out by 2am. This placed ruined a once in a life time event and over a year of planning! Everything was great until the last 24 hours of the event! Then they showed themselves ! Sad that I and other people I know were thinking of booking for the future events but no way! The customer service was not good at all very very rude
