I called at 3:36pm on 3/9 and asked if I can place a to go order over the phone, very nicely. The lady was so rude and said “ya I just said all that” ok AWFUL customer service, can not believe the lady was so rude. Have someone else answer the phone next time before you lose more orders, management!!!!

Haven't had Del Racho in 7 years due to living in Florida and just moved back to OKC a few months ago. My expections were high to enjoy the first Steak Sandwich Supreme since I have been back! Quicky after making our order, our server showed up. She was happy and exicited to be serving us our food. Which made our fresh and hot sandwiches and fries more enjoyable!! Thank you to the management, cooks, and servers for making our Sunday meal after church an amazing one!!
