We went to dinner last night at the northwest Expressway location. The service was not great, but not horrible but the food was bad. We ended up having to send my son‘s sandwich back because the chicken was extremely pink and undercooked. They offered to remake the food but at that point he had eaten half of the undercooked Chicken sandwich he didn’t want to even see chicken again. We had to ask just to remove the one item off the bill. The manager or no one else came by to talk about it. We paid our bill and left. Not going back.

We enjoy the food and the variety of pizza choices, but the quality of service depends greatly on which server you get. We've had a few great servers, but also some that seemed annoyed serving a large group.

my girlfriend told me she went here many years ago and didn't like it much, but tonight i finally decided to try it out. i am actually impressed. the garlic knots were 10/10, best i've had from a local pizza place. the meatball sub was *fine*, the potato chips were HOUSE MADE!? which was incredible. and the pizza was the best fast food style pizza i've ever had, with really nice topping selection, like polish sausage. i can't get over how much stuff was freshly made, especially the chips, and maybe the sub bread too. if you like pizza hut/papa john's style pizza, replace them with this immediately. the only reason i'm giving 4 stars is the price of a pie, but you do get a ton of toppings for that price. all in all, my preferred pizza will remain NY style, like dado's, but if i'm ever craving a more fluffy pizza, or garlic knots, this place is my new go-to.
