Quick, friendly service and delicious hot pizza. Quirky plates were a plus.
We love this hideaway location. Multiple parties and always great service and food. We ordered at 6 and they had everything out and ready by 6:17 and we had over 25 people.

I was so surprised at how many people were here and how big the dining area is. I just retired and moved from Las Vegas and there are hardly any dine in pizza restaurants left. The parking lot was full ! It reminded me of the old days when the family went to pizza restaurants and dined in , had a beer , played the jukebox , played some video games , and had a good family night. We started out with Garlic Knots with Marinara Sauce. They were fluffy , soft , and pretty good. I'm not really a fan of Garlic Knots , but my son and daughter in law like to get them. I also got a Small Just A Beginner Salad with Thousand Island Dressing and Croutons. It was fresh and the dressing was thick and good. I got it with no Black Olives also. We also had 3 Pepsis. I got a taster of their house APA and Ale and I wasn't a fan of either. Now to the main event. We got a Medium Thin Crust Pizza , Half and Half. One side Pepperoni , Italian Sausage , and JalapeƱos. The other side Paradise Pizza with no Mushrooms and no Tomatoes. The Paradise Pizza is a white sauce. The pizza is very good. The crust was just the right thickness , not to thin and not to thick with a good flavor. I liked the Pepperoni , Italian Sausage , and JalapeƱos side better than the Paradise Pizza. The Paradise Pizza is my daughter in laws favorite. It wasn't bad , I just prefer a more traditional pizza. By the bar there is a window where you can see the cooks making your pizza. They also have a bar for beer and mixed drinks. The decor is a little dark with big booths which is just like the old days , so I like it. They also give a 10% Military Discount which I appreciate since I'm a Veteran and not my places do that anymore. I was pretty impressed with the restaurant and the employees were friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend you coming to Hideaway Pizza to experience the good old days of eating out with the family and having a good hot and fresh pizza and spending time with each other. We went to the Memorial Road location the last time I visited and it was also very good. I've had the thin and regular crust. I think I like the regular crust a little more than the thin crust.
Food is always exceptional. Substitutions are never a problem. Interesting decor and lots of TV'S. Service has always been very good

This place was okay, the pizza was really good, but the guy that brought it took our appetizer before we were finished, but the manager did remove that from the bill, so overall, we'd go back.

Took some out of town friends and they accommodated a large group of us for lunch. From the fried mushrooms and mozzarella sticks to the pizza and M&C, all was wonderful and the staff handled everything great.

The pizza was great and I really appreciated the waiter checking on our table guzzling down water and soda. Get the Pollinator!

The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff was on it. They accidentally put mushrooms on my pizza (I am severely allergic) I ordered a custom 10ā. but fixed it super quick by making me a new pizza fresh from the oven, and pretty quick..

Disappointing Birthday Experience at Hideaway
I wanted to share a very disappointing experience we had while celebrating a birthday dinner at your location.
From the start, things felt off ā we were served champagne glasses that were visibly dirty, which was already unsettling. Then, we noticed one of your servers, Molly, being noticeably rude and dismissive toward our waiter, who was actually the most polite and professional person we encountered all night.
After a concern was addressed with the manager initially, we moved on ā only to later witness Molly drop our pizza and then roll her eyes when we asked for additional sauce. She passed the message to our server but did so with clear attitude and then walked off.
At that point, I asked to speak with the manager again. When she returned, she brought a slice of pie for the birthday person but never once offered an apology. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I expressed my concerns directly and calmly. Her response? That apologizing would be āfakeā and that sheād prefer to review the cameras before doing so.
Frankly, the entire attitude from some of your staff ā combined with dirty glassware and multiple moments of rudeness ā made what shouldāve been a celebratory evening very disappointing. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability or basic courtesy is what truly ruined the experience.
Iām sorry if any frustration came through during my time there, but to be treated like our concerns didnāt matter was unacceptable. I wonāt be returning to this location, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure better experiences for guests. Also pretty sure she called the police.
