We placed an order last night and after about an hour I looked on papatracker to see if my order was on the way sadly there wasn’t an update on the status of my order so I attempted to call the store numerous of times and no one answered. I’m thinking this is crazy because what is wrong with these people to feel like they have a right to play with my hard earned money and not deliver a service. Long story short when I left for work this morning the pizza was sitting on the ground in front of our door. Ofcourse it was cold by then and I’m not eating any food that was sat on the ground. So on my lunch break I spoke with the manager of the store in which he has a very cocky attitude extremely unprofessional never gave me his name and hung up in my face as if I was wrong for wanting my money back. Buyers be aware of this location if you have money to throw away and don’t mind eating trash food with very poor nonchalant service even from the manager than go for it. I don’t know what is wrong with these people nowadays. It’s sad. I will never eat or spend a dime at this establishment ever again. It’s too many other pizza restaurants who take pride in their food and deliver exceptional customer service.

Ordered pizza just last week and when i got there tell me why tf there was only one guy working ?? He was doing everything all by himself, on a weekend!!! Pizza was amazing btw!!!

Orderd pizza at 11 pm and got a knock at my door at 2 am louder than the police! Over charged my card had overdraft fees to pay for a cold late ass pizza. And the driver as rude and expected a tip!!!

One thin guy was doing most of the work, labeling boxes, putting pizzas into the oven, and taking pizzas out of the oven. The other heavier-set guy slowly came from the back and gave me our pizzas.

I had bought a large pepperoni, thin crust pizza. It wasn’t good! Very little sauce as well as pepperoni. The pizza was very dry. I did call this pizza establishment to complain about my pizza. I spoke with the manager, and she did not care. I will not go back to them ever again! 😡

Got a chicken Alfredo bowl, got a greasy soggy mess instead for $11. Not good at all
I ordered Papa John’s last night from 36 and MacArthur. And when you order they give you a chance to pay with a card or cash. My order was $23.46. And all I had was 2 $20s’ and then when I went to go tip the driver, he said that they don’t carry cash to make change anymore. So I called the manager and he said they don’t give change to the drivers anymore either, but wouldn’t you think that when you’re ordering with cash that they would let you know because now I’m out you know $10 and that’s pretty shitty.

I ordered a 10 piece wing with ranch and i got a spicy garlic dipping sauce and the wings just had BBQ sauce on them and not even mixed. I'm never ordering food from this location ever again. Dude didn't give a hot damn when I called and he said he would give me a ranch. Not driving 9 more minutes to the store so late for something I ordered. Please hire people who can read

An hour from box to table is unacceptable when ordered during slow periods, especially since you charge a premium of $5 for delivery. Don't be cheap and staff appropriately.
