Gave me a cold brew that looks like peach tea because it was so diluted. When I asked for a refund they said “we don’t do refunds”. They said i cool reach out to manager and when I asked for that persons info they said “we don’t have it”. So I just drove off…. They still owe me $6 and some change… the girls working there seem nice yet untrained , but whoever is running this establishment or training them needs to get a clue.

Curtis went above and beyond for me! Answered all my questions, he switched out my drink when I didn't end up liking the one I got and even looked up the caffeine content to make sure I got the right dosage! THANK YOU CURTIS
Yesterday I ordered a large peanut butter power($7.71); it was mostly ice; lacked peanut butter taste ; couldn't drink with a straw because it was frozen together solid/ not blended...very disappointing...on to another coffee shop/ store because of Scooter poor quality...they were good at first now quality is gone!
