I stopped by today on my way to tulsa and got the gouda, bacon, cheese sandwich. Guess what they forgot the bacon, if I hadn't been in the middle of driving down the turnpike I would have turned around or taken a picture. I was so disappointed because this is the one place I never felt the need to double check my order. Lesson learned.

12/25/23 on Christmas, I got my kids chocolate milks. They didn’t have any. So they gave me white, but that’s not the problem. They gave me a month expired white milk and brought them back in. So instead they gave me warm chocolate milk boxes. Then today 1/4/2024. I got half my order missing and my blueberries were molded visually without opening. Date was 1/3/24 expired. Drive a couple more minutes up to the Rockwell location, or better yet go to Dutch Brothers. LEARN ROTATION.

Don't just don't. I ordered my drink through the mobile app at 8:07 a.m. and I'm leaving here at 8:37 a.m. no drink in hand they are that far behind today 30 minutes and no drink

I haven’t had Starbucks in over eight years but I went in today looking for something. Never have I been treated so friendly by staff. I didn’t catch the ladies names but omg that was the best experience I’ve had with any retail workers in my life. They almost make me want to come back and get a drink. I won’t but man, great atmosphere with them. I feel like they’re the type that can get through any challenge with hardly any stress. Or they could pull off the greatest fake of all time. Anyway, hats off to you two for your attitude, knowledge and willingness to help me out.

Asked for my daughters drink to made a little more thick, one of the Birstas yelled loudly how I should always ask for extra ice because there always runny drinks. Which is not true I've had this same drink many times and didn't ask for extra ice and it was made with a thicker consistency. He was very very rude.
This Starbucks is BY FAR the BEST Starbucks in the OKC area! Barristas area fabulous & my coffee is qlwats spot on!
