I stopped being interested in subway when they stopped being $5. $6 was a STRETCH, but now they're upwards of $17. I'm never coming back to Subway again because it will never be worth it again.

The Wednesday meal of the day was meatball sub 6.99 for meal add extra 3 to make it a foot long. Sandwich ended up costing 9.29 the chips 1.69 then was told drink would be extra? Maybe some training is in order.
The male was just staring his vibe was not it at all.

I'm giving Ron and Shubh 5 stars because they made the best nachos and the best sandwich that I have had in a long time. They were very fast, courteous, polite and respectful. The atmosphere was awesome. Thank you so much for a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back to that subway when they are working. You absolutely deserve five stars and more.

Idk why y’all have such bad reviews. I’ve had the older man, the wife, and son and all of them are nice. I actually go out of my way to this subway instead of others

I eat at Subways all over OKC and have found that most employees do not speak English. That makes it very hard to order a sandwich and get what you asked for. If you ask for a small amount of dressing, you usually get the whole bottle on your sandwich. Today, I ate at this Subway and the 2 ladies both spoke English, made my sandwich just how I liked. The store was clean and the refrigerators were well stocked. I have eaten at this store many times and have had the problems described above. Today was a whole different story. I will make this Subway 1st on my list when I want a sandwich and will even drive out of my way to bypass other stores. Thank you for your excellent customer service today!!!

The server acted like they was scared to put toppings on my subs. They was being extremely skimpy and stingy with toppings I had to tell them REPEATEDLY to put more on there.

If you are going to use a coupon be sure to read the fine print. I tried to use a $7 coupon. Ended up costing me almost $16.

The sandwich is always literally empty, and even if you ask for more they dont add any and leave it as it is while still taking your money, dont bother this is the worst subway in okc

Restaurantji Recommends
Came here yesterday on my way to work and had a perfect experience with the young dark haired man behind the counter. He had flawless service. However. Today, same thing I went in on my way to work and the old gentleman behind the counter didn't know what I was asking for. (The Beast No-bready bowl) I had to repeat myself maybe 5-6 times and he slipped the meat and went right to the veggies. Once I went to pay he pulled out a napkin that they hand to customers at the register and began blowing his nose and wiping his face. DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS! Then bagged up my order and tossed in a few of the SAME NAPKINS INTO MY BAG! GROSS! I know that since it's cold/flu season in filling a complaint if I get sick! This was HORRIBLE lack of common sense for food service. 😕

Employees would not take a coupon we’ve used before on separate occasions. Different coupons of course. They claimed they could only make “two sandwiches per family” when both our family and the contents of said coupons exceeded two people/sandwiches. This hasn’t happened before, so to be turned away and/or have to pay over $50 for sandwiches was both alarming and insane.

Placed an order online and it wasn’t correct and they argued with me even though I showed them my receipt. Food and customer service were both awful!
Ordered #15 titan turkey, gave me regular turkey. Pointed out that it was a regular and he refused to fix it.

Every time we go the old man is working who I believe is the owner maybe, but that's not the point. The point is he is rude, doesn't listen very well at all and loves to argue over things people state out loud they are willing to pay extra for.
Honestly if they get rid of him and get someone with a little better attitude and that is willing to actually work with a paying customer and not argue with them, the place would run alot better and gain back many of the wonderful customers they have lost.
I honestly used to love coming to this location but not now.
