Worse store around charged for items not received went in to pick up my order gangster rap playing loud called to complain an asked for reginal manager and put me on the phone with another employee I need contact from regional manager I have pictures of my bag and receipt I was given chips instead of cinnamon twist cause they said they're out if I wanted chips I'd open a bag at home not order 8 chips for $2 definitely need new staff laughed at me when I called and said he was a manager

Zero stars should be an option to put on reviews. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ordered from. Tacos are basically lettuce and cheese, no meat. Drinks have no ice. And forget about getting taco sauce. Used door dash and didn’t check the address first. Definitely will check address in the future. Don’t eat at this location. It needs new employees and management. Better off ordering from Rockwell and Hefner location.

Lazy employees that do not care about you or your complaints. My tacos literally had a teaspoon of meat and pinch of cheese. This is why taco casa is taking over leaving taco bell in the dust. Do not go here.

The food was all wrong. The crunch wrap supreme had all the veggies on it when I ordered it without. There was no ice for your drinks. I had half rotten lettuce in my taco. And the tortillas were so tough you could hardly chew them. Big disappointment 😞

We’ve been coming here once per week for a long time but we’re going to stop now because it’s just so so so so slow. No one ever comes out to the counter to get you cups because they know they will have to answer questions about where peoples food is. We’ve been here 30 minutes so far and still no food. It’s been becoming like this over the last year or so but today we’re gonna have to call it quits.

Asked me for extra money for school kids and I have 7 properties that I just paid taxes on . Over $8,000. Went to schools and then some to library beside the schools and then health department and then city of Oklahoma. On top of schools. People in apartments don't have to pay all this.
They no longer serve breakfast at this location. Which I am ok with. But the burrito I got fell apart when I took my first bite. This is after I went here last night and the food I got tasted like the had overcooked it. Which I don't understand since I believe they cook it in a bag.

This is literally the worst place ever fr😒 they got my order wrong at least 3 times today in one sitting. I sat in the drive thru for 10 mins top and finally got up to the window when they tried to hand me my food (mind you the lady that was passing the food was throwing the orders not passing it but throwing the orders… I checked my bag and the order did not contain everything I paid for so I sent it back. They gave me a “corrected order” and it was still missing 3 items so I gave it back. The 3rd time it had the right amount of items but my kiddo was complaining he was hungry so I drove off. I got home to feed him when I noticed in the back nothing I order was in it! It was an entirely different order. It was the mini burrito looking thing that they sell and 2 hard shell crunchy tacos onto of a lot of cheese and sauce🙄 I tried to call but they don’t answer so I’m leaving this review! The Taco Bell on 5704 nw expressway in war acres Oklahoma is the worst place I’ll never go there again and I do want my refund and I will be calling corporate directly!

Avoid this bell !!!!! - go farther up on NW Expressway to the other bell location. My daughter stopped here today to pick up lunch for her and her coworkers. She was talking to me on the phone through bluetooth while she was waiting at the drive-thru and I listened to the employee taking her order. The lady at the window stopped taking her order right in the middle and had to take other people's orders while my daughter waited- and the employee didn't turn off her mic so we heard all her interactions with other customers- again not the problem - the problem started after the lady working the window came back on and told my daughter to pull around- but she wasn't done putting in her order yet but the window lady wouldn't take the rest of her order. My daughter- just thinking the lady's headset must not be working- goes inside the store to get everything and while she's standing there the window lady comes over with a drink and hatefully says you had a dr pepper, didn't ya" and while the kind of drink was right- the size was wrong so when my daughter informed her it was suppose to be a different size the window lady threw the drink in the trash making it explode. After she got the correct drink, window lady stood over there and said she "hated people like that"- referring to my daughter!!! This lady's behavior was so nuts the manager or someone gave my daughter some vouchers for free tacos to use next time- but I would discourage anyone from going to this location- exploding soda's and rude mean employees aren't worth it- I guess unless you want the entertainment 🤪
