I’m so done with this Taco Bell I went last night ordered the party pack Doritos shell kind and two soft tacos tell me why the taco shells was broke up the shell was so cheesy it literally tasted like they sprinkled some Dorito dust on it and it was lokey salty and Luke warm and my soft tacos them shells was old they was crunchy ash never going to Taco Bell fast food has went down hill since Covid nobody cares about what they serve you how it looks nor taste and the workers definitely don’t care the money I spent on that I could have bought the ingredients cheaper than that I was just trying to feed my family and we wasn’t happy at all

Can’t get through the phone just has busy signal. Asked for extra nacho cheese sauce did not get it. Made it wrong the first time then seemed to be upset to have to make it again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Last night I went to go get a late night snack and idk why but tacos sounded good so we pull up and start ordering. I asked one question about a bundle box and I swore the mixed lady I think it was the manager working last night she mumbled and sighed with so much attitude. Then when I told the worker that my wife did a mobile order aswell they made me drive around and go back in the drive through. She acted like she didn’t know it was us again and when I went to the pick up window again she rolled her eyes and whispered something. Definitely won’t come here again when she’s working because god did not give me enough patience to deal with this… and also the food was crap they didn’t even care how they gave us the food. Like if you don’t care about the customers don’t work in the food industries

White girl working the drive thru during the night shift…horrible customer service. She started off kind, until I asked her if they could put more fries in my large container. They only sale large and regular nacho fries, I ordered a large, there was less fries in there, then what comes in a regular size. So anyways, she shook her head… nd said no. Ok, that’s fine. So I asked for a refund, that’s when the lip smacking , slouching over, as if she was irritated started, she closes the window partially and yells to the kitchen, “she wanna refund”, so the black gentle man behind her, ask the kitchen if they could get another order of nacho fries, he comes to the window with a order of fries that greatly satisfied me, I tried to return my other order to him, and he shook his head and said it was alright and told me to have a good night. I wish I could’ve got his name, because he was truly awesome and greatly represented what good customer service is, as far as the chick, she need an attitude adjustment and needs to try again.

All staff will literally just stare at you unless you use the drive thru and the drive thru took 10 mins to get food I ordered 20 mins prior

I made a mobile order.Tried to enter through the door or the door was locked.So I went back to work.Then I see on my phone that my order went through what the heck I didn't even get my food because I still have to go to work i only get a thirty minute break. And I had to walk there. Wasted money on food I didn't get
