This particular Sonic has better quality service and the food has been very fresh and tasty! I've been here before when it was severely lacking in both. Happy to see such an overall better experience!
I use the Sonic on Waterloo to pick up my nieces favorite drink, a couple of times a day. She is recovering from back surgery and LOVES the ice from there.
Each morning I show up near opening and order the exact same drink, and do the same each evening.
Not only do these folks know me and just how my niece likes her drink (Rt44 diet Dr. Pepper with compacted full of ice), but they often ask about her or ask me to tell her they hope her recovery...

We've been here for about 6 months. The food is always good there was one mess up one time but Melissa handled it. Very friendly very clean. Very professional. There's not much to eat around here. But I prefer Sonic over anywhere else besides Hutchinson cuz my girlfriend works there and she makes good chicken sandwiches.
