Food was good at Siloam location, but young counter person somewhat refused to make any more chicken to fill my order. Poor customer service.

Thursday 09/26/2024 I work close to this loves truck stop and frequent this store often and I've never had any complaints until today the Chester chicken and godfather's pizza staff were rude first of all I said hello how are you all doing today! And the both completely ignored me? So I walked over to the pizza shelf and looked at all the pizza they didn't have any I wanted so I waited for a minute or so by the register still both of them completely ignored me standing there so I just left!!! I didn't even want to waste any more of my time.

AUGUST 16, 2024 I really don’t like to give reviews unless it really is a bad experience. With saying that, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! WORKERS ARE COMPLETELY RUDE! MINDY TO SPECIFIC. I simply asked for confinements and they refused. You have to purchase something with every sauce you want. You can’t buy sauce individually. They make you purchase food. I was willing to pay for the condiments but they REFUSED TO SERVE ME! Avoid this place at all cost!! They only want your money not service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

I’m a chicken and sweet tea aholic and the east Siloam Popeyes is horrible in every way and this is the best bone in chicken and biscuits I can find anywhere I’ve tried and I’ve never been unsatisfied here.
I frequent the place often and I’m heading there now actually. The ladies are so sweet and kind and take care of us all.
There to eat every week and sometimes twice or more because know I can count on being happy there for the past three years now since I moved to this side of Oklahoma.

Paid 12 dollars gave me 3 and a half tenders called it 4. I used to be a manager at a competing franchise and this is horrible customer service. If someone came to me unhappy with their food I would take care of them. You didn't even offer me sauce, I had to request it. You are all clowns and should be fired.

Servive was amazing..they cooked what they didnt have fresh which was great..thank you..the regular chicken is fantastic..we tried 2 kinds of the chicken bites that came with 2 different sauces on them..both were not good dont waste your money..gizzards were cooked fresh and they were fantastic..once again..the service was 10 out of 10..

The chicken is always fresh. And very tasty. Not greasy.If they don't have what you want, they will cook it up.I drive almost 1 hour to get this chicken.I have never been unhappy except 1 time they were closed. I was too late. After that i call them if i want evening chicken.Everyone is always so friendly.
