They must hire sloths to work here. With 4 people behind the counter and less than 12 people in the lobby our food took over 30 min to get to the table. Had ordered a shake as well and by the time our food was finally ready she tells me the machine is broken. Ask to just have it refunded and states to me that she can’t do that. That I can order something else instead in its place. Should have just taken my loss as we waited an additional 15 min for 4 mozzarella sticks! 🤣😂 ARBYS: “You might have the beef” But you don’t have a staff to go along with it!!

Greatest Arby's I have been to in a while! Clean tables and clean bathrooms. Food was on point and hot as it should be. Waitstaff was awesome. They were patient and made sure everything was right.

Never had this problem before today The Assistant manager that waited on us in the drive thru this morning in Weatherford Arby’s is the rudest person I have ever come across in my life! If you don’t like your job find another one! Guarantee we weren’t the only ones she was rude to🫤
