My boyfriend and I came here for dinner after a horrible experience at the movie theater in Weatherford. We ordered a number 3, and the cashier didn't even ask us what we wanted on the burgers. She ended up messing up our order, and we got mayonnaise put on it. Had to ask for it to be replaced. We ordered a large fry. Ended up with a medium. The next day after eating the food. I was down throwing up all day. I love braums, but we will not be returning.

I will definitely not be going back to this Burger King. I was driving home from work in OKC and I live in Clinton. I work nights 12 hour shifts. I stop at BK for breakfast this morning. I paid full price for what I ordered but only received half my order. I’m already at home in Clinton when I noticed this. They don’t answer their phone so I can see if they will attempt to make it right. Which the person that was working the drive through, I had to wait on him to return to work from Dollar General. I have given them plenty of chances to make a good impression but they have failed. I have been there and they were out of eggs, one time they were out of bacon. I guess they are the smart ones. Charge people double only give half of the orders and don’t answer the phone. It’s a win win for them. Making money. Too bad only one of us gets to eat. Thanks to Burger King having it their way.

I don't really like Burger King , but my dad wanted to eat there , I'm gonna say the service was amazing , the guy running the counter at lunch time today was so awesome and in the best mood that it made the experience a good one , my kid felt like a king , thank you

Out of Dr. Pepper when I visit. Why is it not possible to receive sufficient amount of this. The employees are so respectful and they must take abuse from angry people because of this shortage.
Night shift employees are awesome. I really miss seeing Sierra she is the kindest young lady & very welcoming.

Fantastic service from both Kylar and Dusty. They truly believe in TEAM WORK when delivering excellent customer service. Great staff at this location. Food was extremely fresh and served fresh and hot would definitely recommend coming here as the team will give you an incredible friendly welcome service and great fresh food. They surely exceeded our expectations we can honestly say we have eaten at many BK locations across the world and as I am writing this I can hear Dusty going out of his way to please a young family and Kylar is happily cleaning and taking care of the kitchen amongst the rest of the team but paying attention to detail and placing customer service as their priority above all as well as keeping the kitchen area extremely clean. WELL DONE GUYS You will all do well in life with this attitude towards work ethic and life giving everyone a great service.
