I work at a hotel in town and guest always ask for the best pizza delivery in town and I always say Domino's . I never had a guest say anything negative about their delivery and quality of pizza.

This is the 2nd time we have ordered pizza with chicken on it. The first time we was told the app messed up. This time the manager got on phone and said we didn't order chicken and was very rude. I said I double check the app before I called and was wondering if we could just get a discount on the next time we ordered. He said you didn't get charge for chicken and we don't have chicken if we had it i would of put it on your pizza. He was very Rude so I said ok this is the 2nd time this has happened in a roll.. And i guess we won't be back he said ok and hung up. Manager is not professional at all and very rude tonight. I get people have bad days but I didn't deserve to get this treatment. If you order pizza don't use the app and I guess they no longer carry chicken?🤷‍♀️ Not worth the money or rudeness.

Ever since they got a new boss the quality has gone down, and while I was in there I overheard her being really rude to the employees.

I called in an order for cinnamon bread twists and chicken alfredo. The girl that took my order seemed unsure about what she was doing. It turns out she didn't! The delivery driver showed up in 20 minutes, but all he had was the cinnamon twists. I was charged $5.49 for delivery and $7.99 for the twists. They gave me a$1.60 discount for some unknown reason. I really wanted the chicken alfredo and thought maybe I was ordering enough to get free delivery. So I ended up paying $12.49 for the twists. I do love their food though and the delivery guy was nice and apologetic..
