I got the pretzel crust pizza…but why does it look like regular crust pizza. Why not pretzel?? Isn’t that the whole point why I’m getting it?? Bc it was pretzel crust!? But I’m getting regular crust with a bunch of salt?

Let me pay with my gift cards it is literally money. What is the point of not accepting gift cards. I am a college student that got little caesars gift cards for Christmas and I can’t even use them in store. What is the point? “The owner actually said he isn’t going to be accepting gift cards since the start of this year” okay so don’t own a corporation that sells gift cards and no I do not still want my order. I’m broke and want some comfort bread after I fail an exam, but no I’ll go get my bread from DOMINOS or PIZZA HUT, they actually take gift cards. I’ll spend my money elsewhere for the next 4 years and continue to leave reviews until you fix this. Also your app doesn’t take them either. Stop selling gift cards or accept them. What a joke!

After placing an order through the app (which is suppose to made fresh), it took 7 minutes from the time I ordered it to the time it was ready for pick up. Called to complain, got hung up on and then was told they don't do refunds. They didn't offer to write it down for a free order of the items for next time, nothing to try and help. Only a you can call again and hit 8 for a complaint. Pissed. I love spending money on food that looks horrible and an employee that could care less. I mean obviously or maybe there would have an attempt made to fix the shortcut they tried for my food.
