Little Caesars Pizza

Let me pay with my gift cards it is literally money. What is the point of not accepting gift cards. I am a college student that got little caesars gift cards for Christmas and I can’t even use them in store. What is the point? “The owner actually said he isn’t going to be accepting gift cards since the start of this year” okay so don’t own a corporation that sells gift cards and no I do not still want my order. I’m broke and want some comfort bread after I fail an exam, but no I’ll go get my bread from DOMINOS or PIZZA HUT, they actually take gift cards. I’ll spend my money elsewhere for the next 4 years and continue to leave reviews until you fix this. Also your app doesn’t take them either. Stop selling gift cards or accept them. What a joke!

After placing an order through the app (which is suppose to made fresh), it took 7 minutes from the time I ordered it to the time it was ready for pick up. Called to complain, got hung up on and then was told they don't do refunds. They didn't offer to write it down for a free order of the items for next time, nothing to try and help. Only a you can call again and hit 8 for a complaint. Pissed. I love spending money on food that looks horrible and an employee that could care less. I mean obviously or maybe there would have an attempt made to fix the shortcut they tried for my food.

Vegetarian options: Just ask for bell peppers red and yellow, mushrooms, pineapple, olives, onions.

I was waiting about 10 minutes for a pizza, I thought they were hot and ready, and they also cost 10 dollars.

Don't take the ratings I gave as bad. I rated our local LCP this way cause there is not much interaction with the employee and customer. A customer can order online walk-in with a code on their phone, type it into the little kios, get their pizza, and leave. Not a whole lot of interaction.Even if you order in person. You leave and then come back for your pizza. Cause it's not a sit in place to eat.

Live 30 minutes away I guess I need to look at pizza before I leave store wrong pizza I ordered a supreme and got jalapeno, pepperoni, and pineapple, . And it was thin crust which I hate won't go there again.

This place sucks each time I come to this place is no pizzas available so this place is not hot and ready anymore

I made an app order and they were backed up by an hour due to a big order which is understandable. What I don’t understand is the manager didn’t come up to speak to me at all about being unable to refund my order for the food I wouldn’t be receiving unless I waited an hour. The staff employee was kind but the manager is not a good person to be in charge of anything at all.
