Will respond, “Sorry” to every negative post. Will not fix issues at hand. Simple orders should not take as long as it takes here. If you’re short handed on busier days, schedule more people. Fast food does not=rocket science.

I ate at the sonic in Weatherford ok on 6-20-25. I got a chicken fried steak sandwich. I had maybe 4 bites left and noticed a long white hair in it. WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!
The kid who brought my food out was friendly. That's all the positivity I have about my visit.

I placed on the app a pick up order for a drink and paid for it. When I arrived at the store the app was not giving me an option to put my stall number so I pressed the red button to tell the staff I am here for my drink. The manger herself said,'I can't do anything about an app order!' I said,'Okay but I have paid for this drink already and have a receipt of my order.' Her response was to give me a tea with no ice (my order asked for extra) and to give me half lemonade than half sweet and half unsweetened tea.
Sonic, your app has a lot of work to be done on it to fix glitches. That's a corporate issue.
Weatherford sonic, this is not how you handle a situation at all. I go to work everyday expected to do my job and so should you. Have the day you deserve.

My best friend and I DoorDash everyday and it seems like there is at least a 15-30 min wait every time we come to pick up an order
. Some of the car hops have attitude and are rude. Like everyone else we are trying to provide for ourselves and pay our bills no different than they are.

Beyond unfathomably to me that the app is STILL not working.

It works maybe 1/3 of a month before having issues again.

You have to ability to tell corporate and report the app isn’t working, just because it’s a franchise doesn’t mean you get off the hook
