Even though I came here for my birthday, I still enjoyed this visit catching up with an old friend with a great meal. My steak was a little over cooked but seasoned well enough not to make a difference as the mashed potatoes were much better than I expected. The brussel sprouts could've been a larger portion, but it was seasoned just as well as the steak. I hate that the steak filled bacon wrapped jalapeños wasn't as they were prior to COVID where they were filled with...
I had the BEST time at this establishment!!! I dined alone and it was awesome. The food....OMG! I had the was queso for an appetizer and couldn't eat my food when it came! The chips were so fresh and crisp but that dip had me humming and swinging my feet it was so delicious! When my country fried steak came out I knew then I was in too deep, it was big around as my head!!! I had to save it and the sides for dinner the next day...which my husband ate but he loved it even then!...
