SLOWEST PAYOUTS ANYWHERE Nice people for the most part , except the people who come get your jackpots, because CHEROKEE DOESN’T TIP OUT THE PEOPLE WHO COME SERVICE THE MACHINE AFTER A JAX. Took over an hour to get my last one . No beverage service ever

We stayed here because we were in the area for a funeral. This is a nice hotel. It was quiet and clean ( except for the cabinet area where the refrigerator area was was worn on the inside and the refrigerator either wasn’t working or not turned on. We were there on a Sunday night only. Restaurant wasn’t open but the food court was with a variety of food. We ate at the Mexican grill and were satisfied either food and portions. If you are going for the casino, I really don’t gamble so can only tell what I observed. The casino seemed fairly typical. There was smoking in the main casino which kelp me out of the area for the most part. I did go into the “non smoking “ area which was a medium sized room. Aparrently they have entertainment there sometime but not when we were there. Overall I would recommend this hotel

We stay at the Cherokee Hotel Casino A LOT and have recently started buying our breakfast at this "bakery". Not anymore or ever again! First there was a total of TWO donuts in the case and when I asked her how old they were, she replied, "I don't know, probably yesterday." After glimpsing at the date record, confirmed that they had in fact been in there sense the day before! DECLINE! Next, we literally stood there in line over 10 minutes while the lady discusses HER WORK SCHEDULE that she was OBVIOUSLY not happy about! As if this wasn't enough, while still in heavy conversation with said employee, we start order our ICE coffee order, $11 worth, and she gives my husband his HOT coffee. We told her he ordered an ICED FRAPPUCCINO and she argued saying, NO, YOU ORDERED a CAPPUCCINO!" We AGAIN corrected her and she very SMUGGLY and in front of 3 other employees said..over the top of my husband talking.."TOU ORDERED A CAPPUCCINO!" She was extremely rude and made no effort whatsoever to correct HER mistake! Perhaps DO YOUR JOB and save the venting with coworkers FOR YOUR BREAK!?

A very well appointed room, especially the bathroom. Unfortunately I cannot comment on dining - even breakfast - as they are suffering from lack of staff and food was not available at the early hour I had to leave. I did not use the casino, but it looked like your normal casino to me. I would stay here again for sure.

We used to enjoy staying here but havent been here in couple years due to covid etc. we were disappointed in quality and condition of hotel - needs updating! Also in the policy or whatever. We stayed two nights. Second day we were gone all day and expected at least trash emptied and clean towels, etc. when got back but no one had been in room. Had to ask for towels, washcloths, coffee cups, toilet paper. I think we were only occupants on our floor so know covid has hurt businesses but sure hope things go back to previous quality here. Even being no one else on floor, gave us room with wall outside our one window. Staff is always nice and were this time

What happened to one of my favorite casinos? Haven’t visited in about 3 yrs, because of the covid, but it sure has changed. Tried for a reservation, but over $500.00 for a nonsmoking room was a little too steep for us, for a Sunday night. Stayed at another hotel, but went there to gamble. The place was a little run down, and I can honestly say it was the first time at a casino where I was concern about safety. This used to be a go to at least once a year for us, because the casino and scenery was so nice.

I was a little hesitant staying in a casino hotel but it was clean and modern with good service. You can enter the hotel without ever needing to go through the casino. It smells fresh, not smoky despite the fact there is smoking in the casino. It’s also very centrally located for other dining. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We received two breakfast card vouchers; however, only one per Player's card could be used. Not only that, you have to walk through the casino to the cashier area (the Player's customer service area is permanently closed) to receive a print out voucher. After receiving the one voucher, you walk back through the casino to a "Sweet Treat" area and place the order. I ordered one breakfast burrito and requested it be cut in half. I was thinking it would be large (and I would split it it my husband) but it was quite small. A few years ago, the casino gave a breakfast voucher for two and it was a wonderful sit down meal. I am giving you a heads up in case you are expecting more for a breakfast meal.

I was in Siloam Springs for a memorial service, I decided to stay the night because I was really exhausted and didn't feel like driving back to Tulsa. Not a lot of options here in Siloam. I decided on the Cherokee Casino and I wasn't disappointed. The price was reasonable and the rooms were clean. I liked the shower, TV channel selection and coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable also. I went down to the casino and quickly won enough money to pay for my steak dinner and covered the room. (I cashed out after that!) Ha ha I probably would have rated the hotel a 5 if the fitness room had been open and the casino was a little less smokey. A good place to stay, I recommend.

Such a great place to spend a weekend getaway. The rooms are wonderful and clean and modern. Just love the bed and walk in showers. The casino was smoke free when we were there and I hope it stays that way. Was very disappointed that the buffet was closed due to Covid. So food options are limited. The cafe and steak house are open. We didn't win a lot, but it's fun and enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always a great place for me.

This has always been my go to hotel when visiting relatives who live in the area. The hotel is great. Clean rooms with the most comfortable beds. The restaurant choices on the property are not that great though. What makes this so disappointing is that they used to have better food options and now they have 2 mediocre at best restaurants. The latest casualty to bad management decisions is the buffet. The buffet was always a great choice for families that can’t agree on what to eat. They had a little bit of everything and the buffet drew in a large crowd on the weekends. They still have a buffet at the Cherokee/Hard Rock property near Tulsa so it isn’t like they decided to eliminate buffets at all of their properties. Not sure why they took out the one at this casino. I still miss the Flint Creek Steakhouse as well. They took it out a few years back replaced it with another restaurant that has a more casual atmosphere. Such a shame. I
