I went today to get a Coke Zero I payed for it at the stall with my card anyways the lady brought my drink to me and told me what I owed her I said that I had already payed for it on the screen and that it said that I did with the little checkmark she went inside and said that it didn’t say I had payed for it. I told her that I wasn’t going to pay for it twice and I ended up having to give it back without an apology mind you. I’ve overlooked them taking forever to give your order and not getting it right half the time for years, but this is despicable! Bye bye My Money!

I ordered a chili cheese, Frito wrap with jalapeños and onion got charged for the jalapeños and onions, but didn’t get them and hardly anything in the wrap ordered a drink didn’t get the drink but got charged for the drink.

The woman who delivered out food to the car was very kind and the atmosphere was great however we ordered an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito and this is what we got. Granted we said no sausage but…..there is not ultimate or meat about it :( take pride y’all we don’t have much.

Well let's see, first problem I've had with this sonic was I ordered me and the wife a cheeseburger her burger had onions which I asked to not be put on since my wife is allergic, and I got a salad burger. That's right a cheeseburger with no meat. The second time was years later ( I am a local btw), ordered online sent my boy to pick it up at 6:48 at 7:30 which it's was supposed to be ready at 6:48 btw he calls and says did you check me in and was told yes so we called and got a young man with a ladies voice and we told it what stall he was in, and was told we will get that right out. Well i am assuming they didn't cause it took a while and when it got home the shakes were warm not cold at all and the food was in the same shape not even Luke warm. We called and they said they would refund us and replace the order. Fyi I do not go back to a food establishment after you gave a complaint especially one ran by kids. I do not like spit in my food.

Did a moblie order and took 20 mins to get it and all the drinks was water down the ice had melted I'm guessing for sitting so long and it was just us and 2 other cars there!! Very disappointed not the only time we have come to the Westville Oklahoma sonic and left disappointed bc order wasn't right or they forgot part of my or my husband's order
