It's easy to give good service when you are not very busy. Today, I came at the height of the lunch rush and they were packed!!!! I still got the same great service as always. No one on the staff was standing around. Everyone on the staff was hustling and turning out good food and good service. Great job guys and gals!!!!
10 ‘minutes from the Robbers Cave , located in the downtown of Wilburton. Ordered beef enchilada. While waiting , chips and dips were served. After 5 minutes, our order was served. Food taste is Ok, not that great if you have eaten in different Mexican grill restaurant for the same price. Not as busy for a Mexican grill in town . The good thing is , it’s only 8-10 minutes drive to Robbers Cave.
We ordered our usual go to for New Mexican spots and I have worked Mexican food for 8 years so I like to think I have high standard. The food came out very quick! The fajitas were massive! Way bigger portions than we usually see. The steak and chicken had great flavor, the rice was moist and flavorful. Beans were great too and I usually don’t care for most places. The server didn’t let our drink get below half empty before asking to refill.
