I've had good luck a few times but I've had a lot of bad luck unnecessarily I think. I tried to order a big breakfast with hotcakes I always ask about the hash browns also because many times they don't give me the hash browns they kept telling me because I wanted bacon that I would have to pay for it extra like $4 probably so I just left they wouldn't get my order right they weren't listening to me they weren't answering my questions another time I went there and had breakfast and just because I ordered some orange juice that was totally watered down and didn't even taste like orange juice I was charged about $10 extra for 2. I am so fed up with the terrible service that all of these places any place you go eat anymore it's about the same kind of service they don't give a crap about you or the quality of the food

I ordered several extras like sauces and stuff. I didn't get any of them. I've done this with numerous McDonalds, and so far all of them have given me my extras. But not this one. 1 star easily.

This McDonald's would be great if you knew which intercom to go to. A lot of people get angry and end up mad and taking off crazy. Also, a lot of times the fries are not fresh or their chicken nuggets...sometimes you get friendly faces and other times you don't, or you get a person that is rushing you along as though you are taking up the line...which is not true...your already packed up as it is. The problem is that the orders are not coming in fast enough from the cook who is making it. Other then that things are good, the manager is very kind but it's truly not her fault that her team leaders can't keep up the pace and get things out accordingly!
Parking: They built the McDonald's on a corner of the most busy intersection where it's very difficult to park or if your in a line of cars it's backed up all the way to the intersection and holding up traffic. If they pull you forward to a parking to wait for your food it's very compacted...it's not the best place to park it can be easy to hit someone or someone hit you.

Is there no one at this location that can read??? I order NO CHEESE EVERYTIME I come there and EVERYTIME I am left trying to get melted cheese off of the bun because I'M LACTOSE INTOLERANT!!! 1 TIME IS A MISTAKE 20 TIMES IS DELIBERATE! I ASK FOR NO CHEESE AND THE RECEIPT SAYS NO CHEESE! THERE IS ALWAYS CHEESE ON MY SANDWICH!!

We ordered 2 egg muffins and paid in cash. Once we were in the pick-up window, our order was handed to us. My husband checked as he always do. To his surprise, there was 1 sausage biscuit instead of muffin. So he called the attention of the crew Who was then busy preparing for customer orders. So he handed 1 pc of egg muffin instead of 2. My husband called the attention again of the crew and he said the we paid for 2 egg muffins not 1. He said the other crew has to prepare yet the 2nd egg muffin. We were requested to park and wait . The crew did not take back the sausage biscuit . We ended having 2 freshly prepared muffins and sausage buiscuit (without sausage in it, it has egg only.
There was no information that we have to wait for the 2nd pic of egg muffins.
Though there were some miscommunications non the part of the McDonald crew, The crew on the pick up order window have recovered from that mistake because we checked the order before we left.
