Every time I have made an order from here in the last 2 weeks they have been out of something I order. 1 night I didn’t even get my order I got someone else’s and when I called the store no one answered so I drove down there and they were blaming everyone for it. And still made my pizza wrong. Talk to the store manager that night when she was leaving and she said go inside and they will take care of it but all they did was give me a messed up order. How can you run a business when you’re either out of everything all the time or messing up orders.

I ordered dinner spent almost $16 which isn’t a lot but I specifically wanted banana peppers with my pizza. I asked for them to be on the side instead of on the pizza when I got to the restaurant I asked three different times two different employees are the banana peppers on there? Are they in the bag they responded yes, they’re in there then as I was walking out I heard laughing. They were too interested in laughing at what I had on because it was raining to worry about was I taken care of as a customer then when I called that I understand it’s an item you don’t charge for however when a customer request an item whether it’s charged or not and they’re told yes we have it. It’s in your bag. It should be in there not to mention walking there and walking back and I was so you can come up and get them. What am I gonna do? Walk back up and walk home again no this was unacceptable. The attitude of the young lady was unacceptable so I doubt I will order from Pizza Hut again.

Ordered 2 ham pizzas for my son's birthday dinner. Once festivities were over went to eat....well both pizzas was bacon. Tried calling multiple times woth no answer. Do better pizza hut.

Good pizza hut the 5th star is lack of due to higher management, one that doesn't work at location. If she was ever replaced with someone who is about doing their best 5th star will be earned.
When got pizza home the crust was not done had to put it back in the oven to finish cooking or else it would have been slop!! This is not the only time I have had experience with this pizza hut!

Went 3/1/25 service was terrible, salad bar had only pickles, lettuce, eggs on it and was told it was full price, I passed, 10 min to get drinks, ordered pizza and wings, 1 order of wings came out and 12 min later the other and the pizza, asked for parmesan , they were out, no tomatoes for new pizzas or sandwiches or salads, manager nowhere to be seen, grocery store next door , no reason to not have any of the missing items on a Saturday, had to wait and track down waitress to wt refills, or interrupt them on their phones, won't go back

This pizza hut has went down hill. The pizza sucks the staff isn't friendly going threw the drive threw takes forever it's ridiculous they need to get it together. I've set here and ate a hole bag of chips in line trying to get my pizza that's how long it takes. & they they charge you to put toppings on your pizza and barley stick anything on their half my pizza is just cheese it's bullshit. Wish they'd get someone who actually knows what theyre doing acting like the toppings come out of their wages
