Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I love braums but tonight I went in to get some milk and had a very rude employee check me out. I came in for a gallon of milk and when she saw me she rolled her eyes. After I paid she just threw the milk and receipt into the bag (and I mean threw in an almost literal sense). This is not the way Braum's runs business and I'm tempted to get my milk elsewhere

I stop here when I drive thru. The food is always fresh, food comes fast and the people are friendly.

I moved out of the region to a place that Braum’s can’t go, so every single time I come back, I have to have a banana split. It’s amazing every time! It never changes, and I’ve been eating at Braum’s for 43 years. This time, I even had to buy a cup. I couldn’t resist. Side note: (The hot chocolate flavor ice cream is my fav during the winter.)

Fast friendly service! Burgers were a fantastic price. My only regret is that I Got 1 large chocolate shake, and I should have had 2.

Too many workers all lost and talking not enough counter help. The kid working ice cream was slow and sloppy mess my family of 5 the first was sloppy and was melting before she got the 4th . I decided to leave, not getting myself one. Very unsatisfied for the customer service. They also had trouble getting the drive threw orders right. Never seen that store so unorganized

Excellent cheeseburger and strawberry 🍓 shake with real strawberries. Quick service. Clean area. Plenty of parking.

Brianna, who was working the front counter of the food service, was really rude. If she hates her job that much, she should just quit. No need to be hateful to customers. When someone is hard of hearing and you whisper questions, when they ask you “What did you ask?” Don’t roll your eyes and yell at them!! Beyond disgusted with the way we were treated. We will not be back here ever again.
