Brianna, who was working the front counter of the food service, was really rude. If she hates her job that much, she should just quit. No need to be hateful to customers. When someone is hard of hearing and you whisper questions, when they ask you “What did you ask?” Don’t roll your eyes and yell at them!! Beyond disgusted with the way we were treated. We will not be back here ever again.

Simply wow! Easily the best braums I've ever been to. Head and shoulders above the rest! Speedy and competent service of hot, fresh food! Only gripe would be the state of some of the tables in the seating area, which seemed to me to say more about the other customers than the staff.

I come here in hopes that they don’t mess my order up because it’s the only good thing in Woodward and they always do. I don’t understand how they haven’t remembered how to make the two ice cream sundaes that I always order every time I come. Same thing every time. You’d think it wouldn’t be so hard after the thousandth time. Tell me who wants to eat vanilla ice cream with marshmallow topping?! I don’t! I literally say it plain as day what I want when I order 2 double marshmallow CHOCOLATE Sundaes! I even say chocolate you don’t even have to say chocolate but I do! & still get vanilla then I say I STILL want the almonds on both but add Reece’s to one and m&ms to the other & every time I neeeever get the almonds. Do better!

What can you say about Braums? Love this place! Best ice cream!
