Cumulatively this is a good Burger King. Most recent visit, tho, no Impossible Burger available. That 1 item is the only reason I Burger King. Typically the fries are great, the pickup window line quick and the order intercom adequate. The Impossible Burger is vegetarian, not vegan. The staff is friendly and helpful.

These guys are always super friendly, They always Services me with a smile, They even crack a little joke everyone’s in a while and it makes me feel welcome and I appreciate that, Five. Star Services, in my opinion.

I ordered off the app, it wasn't ready when I got there. Was told to park by the door and someone would bring to me. Waited and waited and finally drove back around thru drive thru. Was told they thought I left???? Tried to give me order that had been sitting under warmer for 25 mins. I asked them to redo fresh which they did. What should have took like 15 minutes turned into 45 mins. However they did give me 2 cookies. Food wasn't very good nor the wait time.

Ordered a chicken sandwich I was the only person in line for at least 5 min took them over 20 min to get chicken sandwiches ready last person to get my food poor customer service people taking there time having personal conversations no sense of urgency
