I'm a truck driver and I always buy from BK and I've always been well attended to everywhere, but at this location they have no respect for the customer. I placed my order through the app and went to pick it up about an hour before closing time. When I got to the drive-thru window, the attendant simply pretended not to see me and refused to answer or serve me. He sat there looking at me as if I were an animal. If you don't want to work until the end of the day, that's fine, but at least say you won't serve them and give them an explanation. You don't ignore someone in front of you like that. It's immoral and disrespectful.

My wife and I have stopped by this burger King 3 times! 1st ti.e they said they was out of frys. 2nd time they said it would be 30 minutes wait to oreder! The LAST TIME it took them 45 min. Not big on reviews.. but felt like I needed to on this one!

Places an order for breakfast at 10:17 a.m.,(breakfast ends at 10:30 a.m.), went to pick it up at 10:35, was told that due to the fact that breakfast ends at 10:30, they could not make my order. I stated that I placed my order at 10:17 BEFORE the end of breakfast. I was told that it did not matter, they automatically throw all the remaining breakfast items out at 10:30 & to go to the website and get a refund. So they knew there was an online order for breakfast items and couldn't make it and set it aside?

The staff was friendly. The food was good and the place was clean.
Ordered their bacon cheese burger. It was so dry and plain I fed half of it to my dogs. The service at the window was a, " do I have to work here attitude?" No friendly customer service. Just the view of the sliding glass window with grease all around the window is not something I want my food passed through bagged or not. I'd give it a minus -2 rating. I thought it was a new building that already looks old.

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 orders of French fries and come little cheese bites. Was told 2 minutes and we will be out. I understand a wait but you all FORGOT. So I’ll forget about ever coming back. Don't want to waist my money on this trash anyways.
