The cashier seemed to be upset, with a bad attitude, then when ordering the pizza and waiting for a long time we realized that she just put it on the counter and did not tell us that it was ready, and the flavor was not good, it seemed like it had no bread, it was too thin, we did not like it at all, I don't think we will return to the place, bad experience :(

Two days in a row I ordered a large amount of pizza for customers in the Woodward area. Both times I arrived on time and the pizza’s were ready and the staff was very polite.
Went to this Mazzio's driving through town. The place was packed. No problem. However, there were no clean plates, all the tables were dirty, and the customer service needing attending to. If you know there will be an after church rush, do better preparing for that.

The food is good only about 50% of the time and the workers are either leaning against the counter or huddled in little groups talking, every time I pull up to the window or go in to the restaurant, never fails. I used to tip at least $2 no matter what, on online orders. This “business” is the reason why I don’t plan to do that anymore. They can stand and talk, but my order is never even boxed and ready when I arrive, and they have to take the time to scramble and finish putting it in boxes, etc.. I guess I need to just remember how good Mazzio’s used to be and pick a new pizza place to enjoy from now on. Thanks for the good years, good luck on the bad years.

The food was floppy when I went to go eat it was like soggy I ordered a pepperoni pizza it was just greasy and limp and the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way like what.
I am not please with this place. If I could give it no stars I would. We got a taco pizza with no refried beans the only thing good was the salad bar. I will never eat here again. TERRIBLE!!!!!! ??? I asked the waitress is this pizza suppose to have refried beans on it she says no I don’t think so I said I will look at the menu and yes it does. Can’t even serve us right no sauce that we asked for. What a HORRIBLE PLACE!!! The waitress couldn’t even give us our food right she asked someone else if the wings were theirs. ??♀️??♀️

We had a party of 15 last night for a birthday party.Customer service was awesome. She was Johnny on the spot with anything.The restaurant was very clean inside and out. The bathrooms were very clean.Believe me young lady you were very much appreciated...just wish I got your name..sorry.The food was perfectThank you all at MazzioVery much appreciated
