The girl at the front counter was very friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the service ended. I came in at 12, and the pizza on the buffet wasn't fresh. It's 12:40 now, and they have not brought anything fresh out. They have two guys in the kitchen who are more interested in their phones and talking to each other than actually preparing pizza. A group of guys (6) have been eating the salad bar waiting on pizza. They asked when it would be coming out, I couldn't her what the girl said, but they all got up and left. FYI, after the guys left, it looked like they started making pizza in the back.

After traveling for 8+ hours we decided to order togo for dinner. It was delicious, hot and fresh! However, the service was severely lacking - unkind and unpleasant in tone and service (and they forgot the ranch). We understand it was late but they were short and snappy. Not an enjoyable experience.

The cashier seemed to be upset, with a bad attitude, then when ordering the pizza and waiting for a long time we realized that she just put it on the counter and did not tell us that it was ready, and the flavor was not good, it seemed like it had no bread, it was too thin, we did not like it at all, I don't think we will return to the place, bad experience :(
Food was ready fast, the garlic bread and pasta was tasty, however forgot got grab silverware so had to improvise.

Two days in a row I ordered a large amount of pizza for customers in the Woodward area. Both times I arrived on time and the pizza’s were ready and the staff was very polite.
Went to this Mazzio's driving through town. The place was packed. No problem. However, there were no clean plates, all the tables were dirty, and the customer service needing attending to. If you know there will be an after church rush, do better preparing for that.
