It’s always clean and the food is delicious. I was especially impressed with the accommodation that was made for our boys basketball team to have a team dinner. Brittney took my order on Friday over the phone and made sure that everything was ready to go when we got there Saturday. We are so lucky to have them in Woodward.Kid-friendliness: Would be great if there were arcade games or something fun for the kids to do, other than that it was great!

Called at 11 when they opened prefer 1 pepperoni pizza to be delivered. It’s now after noon still no pizza. Called store was passed to 3 different people no one really answer the question only a bunch of excuses. The his is the 3rd time ordering from them this has happened. Pizza is soggy over loaded. Paid extra for ranch received none. Save your money and eat somewhere worth eating.

I just got a call from the store to let me know that they no longer have the pepperolies I ordered. I do appreciate that they took the time to call me and let me know. As always excellent customer

Visiting family from out of state and stopped to eat here. seen someone use the restroom and go STRAIGHT to the kitchen without washing hands. lemons were legit brown and cucumbers were slimy. would not reccomend.

Service was pretty good but the buffet was terrible. The pizza tasted old, the dessert was cold, and the salad bar dressing was watered down, runny and not much flavor. Will never return.
Medium original crust pizza reminded me of typical food court pizza... thick & doughy and 3+ inches of dry topping less crust that we whittled apart with a butter knife.Kitchen must have been rationing toppings and cheese that evening.If you order beef/cheese nachos, you might get a gob of who knows what served with invisible salsa.Cinnamon sticks were served piping hot, tough as a boot, served with Mazzio's famous invisible dipping icing.The cook might have gotten thrifty and recycled from the lunch buffet leftovers.We were told to order at the counter, then told to have a seat by another worker. Got menu's,drinks and ghosted by our waitress.Eventually we were taken care of by a young man who was very attentive.$38 worth of pure bliss.

My garlic cheese toast was burnt, boneless wings weren't hot, and were kind of tough, with not much flavor. It certainly was NOT worth the $20 I paid for the two items!!! Plus, I had to wait nearly an hour to get my food when the app stated 25 minutes. It'll be awhile before I order from here again!

The pizza was excellent, some of the best deep dish pizza we have ever eaten! The homemade ranch sauce was fantastic! And the staff, despite a crazy, hectic day, they were friendly and attentive and thoughtful. We were just passing through but when we make that trek again, we will definitely hold out until we get to Mazzios for food!
