2 days In a row I went thru drive thru, both days I ordered the same thing steak biscuit with cheese. but the don't listen the orders were both wrong, instead I wound up with steak bagel with cheese. yesterday I went back to the store I paid 13.62 for the order to be wrong, talked to the manager which was no help just made me madder, so I left without getting my money back, I can say this store sucks. check your order before you leave the drive thru or you won't get what you ordered or ie your money back! at least carls jr. don't mess the order up everytime you go thru drive thru.

Truck parking is always full of parked cars. There is a deep hatred for truck drivers in this little town. Very sad people here treat drivers like animals. ???

Would be better if the Doordashers that aren't disabled, would quit parking in the handicapped parking
Funny that the food is smaller and doesn't taste as good as it used to and yet it now takes 3 times or more as long to get your food.

The shift leader or manager was very nice and on point. And was very customer friendly this is a good example of how every McDonald's should be, very clean inside and out including the parking lot. Hats off to the manager/ shift lead working the counter yesterday. He had the rosary beads with a cross tattoo along with a nice scripture. Awesome job keep up the good work.
