I've been a few times since they've opened, and the employees have been really nice, and quick with getting my orders made. The Frappuccino I've ordered are great. And the breakfast burrito, I felt like it was a good size for the price. And it tasted fresh, not heavy. I've only used the drive-thru so far. I'll definitely be back some time!

The store manager is always too busy to help when the store is busy. Someone has told me before she’s overheard employees talking unprofessionally to one another loud enough that customers hear. To me that would be grounds for s. Harassment. Very unprofessional and toxic environment. Some employees don’t even look like they wanna be there. Not a warm and welcoming Starbucks that’s for sure.

Zaira is an absolute superstar at Starbucks! Every time I visit, she greets me with a warm smile and makes the coffee experience feel personal and special. Her attention to detail, speed, and friendly personality turn an ordinary coffee run into a bright spot in my day. She’s clearly passionate about her work, and it shows in every cup she prepares. No matter where I travel, if a Starbucks is even relatively close, you can bet I’ll be there. My days always begin with a Flat White, 1 extra shot Expresso, & half a pump of caramel. By the time I begin the return trip home, a Salted Caramel Sweet Cream Cold Brew enhances the drive.

I rarely get on here to leave reviews but I thought I would after spending so much money and time here. This has by fare been the wost starbucks I have been at. I have been coming here since they opened. Now I refuse after finding floatys in my drinks 2 times in one week alone. Just to try to talk to someone about it and management was very rude when i tryed to talk to them. place is very dirty inside and the bathrooms. Keep in mind if this is representation of the way they make food and drinks. I would really hate to see behind the counter...I just dont want to see anyone get hurt by consuming things from this place so I did my part...

I very rarely leave reviews but this place is a joke. So I show up and ask for my coffee. They say they're out of brown sugar so I had to change my order. Which is fine. So I pull up and give them my rewards card. They say that it doesn't work and it's trash basically. Then the manager refused to scan my app for the rewards system. She was very rude and told me if I wanted that done then I need to park and come inside to get refunded and then she'd scan it. She swiped my card after i told her I wanted to scan the app. Just completely ridiculous. Then I finally get my coffee and it's got 3 inches of whipped cream on top when the drink I ordered doesn't come with whipped cream. Just incredibly rude, unwilling to help, and a waste of 10 minutes and 9 dollars. Will not ever return. Don't expect much from this place.

I order a dark roast with cream. The server asked if I wanted vanilla cream. Sure. The price increased by $1.25!!! Behold, I get the coffee, and there is cream, no vanilla whatsoever. No vanilla taste, no vanilla smell. What the heck? Booboo!:-( Was this a tip? I looked forward to this Starbucks opening.
