Rude manager. Very mouthy when I ask to make it the way I wanted. Didn’t get what I wanted. And also did not want to argue with a sandwich manager. Just not a good location .. The manager needs a talking to on how to treat customers. He actually needs a new job cause I felt racism..

Do not order online unless you want a stripped down sandwich with barely anything on it!!! No matter what you leave in comments it's always the same. Order in person so you can keep telling them to add more. Specially lettuce. I mean come on subway woodward it's pretty pathetic. Always over toasted too where partially burnt. Why do most other subways hit it right on their own. Wish I could post a pic of this walmart looking burnt sandwich!!! A complete waste of money again. AAGGGHHHHH!!!!

I love Subway and hate writing a bad review but every time I go to this Subway Heather is so rude about doing her job she was so disrespectful to the lady in front of me just ask for less cheese and Heather really responded it don't even have that much cheese anyways and she was just rude when she walked up to take the order and it's every single time she's working when I come in I honestly feel bad for the people she serves food too and I hate to say it but it's true she needs to go

We order from here every week for an online order pick up. Wish they'd pay a little more attention to the online orders, it seems they always toast the bread even when specified not to. Otherwise, always good.

I told the sandwich maker I would be ordering online while I was in store. And I was not sure on using app. I'm not as tecky as most people.He said okay. Then when I instructed him I only wanted the teriyaki onion sauce only on my steak sandwich he was rude and said he was preparing it he knew what he was doing and then he still put the chipotle sauce on sandwich with teriyaki onion sauce and that he had to make it the way it was ordered on app even though I ask him politely only teriyaki onion sauce... I ordered three sandwiches total. I wanted vinegar and oil on mine and other I didn't put any sauce . My husband's bread was so soggy he use 4 napkins to rack chipotle and teriyaki sauce off sandwich. My sandwich had so much oil I couldn't hold the bread. Very disappointed with service when I let them know I was learning to use the app. More of us older generation don't use apps like everyone else is going to. Very upsetting, I was blew off, as take it or leave it..It was already paid thru app.. I like subway. Just not this one.. all others have been great.

We ordered online and customized our sandwich’s but my daughters was completely wrong! She only wanted 4 things on hers and toasted, but she didn’t get even that. It’s not hard to put 4 THINGS on it and toast it!!! My daughter was very upset.
It was very good! Got food in a timely manner. Very clean place, and staff were respectful!! Best subway I have ever been to!
