This location does well for me every time and today was no different. My fiancé, kid, and myself got a mobile order and while it took slightly longer than normal the food was good as always. The carhop was very kind and apologized for the tardiness, but we weren’t in any hurry and everything was correct.

My daughter just got a drink from here in wynnewood sonic and there was a maggot in the bottom of the drink. When I called they said they didn’t know how it would get there and didn’t seem to want to check their pop machine or anything. Maggot’s can get in fountain drinks from dirty pop dispensers and other things. Hopefully they will at least check but beware of the drinks from here.

It’s amazing staff and they work really hard to keep there costumers happy and such a wonderful Crue Mandy is awesome she took her time she’s very patient and understanding she’s wonderful and so is they whole staff thank you to Mandy and the rest of you sonic workers there yall are 10/10

Ran out of hours on my clock, went to this establishment 30 minutes before quitting time, my order was special order, Mathew served my order and it was in record time, unfortunately the outside card scanner wasn’t working and was unable to tip through the system, apologized to Mathew and he was very courteous and said no apology needed, glad to be able to serve you.. next time I’m here I’ll make sure I have cash, management give Mathew a thank you, great customer service these days are rare, and he does it exceptionally well
The owners of this location need to shut it down and re-think the employees they have running it. I have worked at multiple different sonics and by far this was the worst one to work at and the worst for customers because the majority of the day most customers have to wait anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes for their order to get out to them and then deal with it either made wrong, cold, or just the fact they had to wait so long for something that by the time they get it doesn't seem worth the price. The ones running the show either have anger problems, or are petty and childish, or cry over everything. This location is the worst by far that I have ever ate or worked at it needs a serious redo definitely employee needs attention. Recommend not going to this sonic the one in Pauls Valley or Davis would be a better bet for quality service and food. I wish there was a no star and negative star review option they wouldn't like what I would put if the option was there.

I had food poisoning after eating here 3 times in a row. I highly suggest saving your money and going anywhere else. The manager Elizabeth triea to fight and will argue with customers until she is blue in the face. Sonic restaurant'sare good in general just not this one.
