Was blatantly ignored in the drive thru line for whatever reason. There were 2 cars in front of me in each line. The car in the opposite lane pulled off & a new car drove in. The young lady taking the drink orders proceeded to take the other car’s order instead of taking mine which after waiting about 8 mins for the person in front of me to order, I felt like that was unfair… anyways, my kiddos enjoyed their drinks so that’s good but the customer service is subpar for sure.

Coffee was definitely delicious but the customer service could use some work the girl taking our order skipped over us in line which was not too big of a deal until it was our turn to get our order taken and she seemed annoyed and was quite abrupt with any questions we had.

We were waiting in line for a long time and the girl clearly saw that we had been waiting for a while and when more cars came instead of getting our order first she went to ask for the other cars orders first, so we left. Would not recommend this place, not sure if it’s racism or she just didn’t want to take our order, or what. Smh 😡

Service was Phenomenal!!! They always serve my drink with a smile and make my day anytime I come through! They have great family friendly music on and keeps a good vibe going! This is the best location by far! My favorite drink is a white Mac! Also their larges are huge and for a great price too! Never going to any coffee shop ever again!

My sons and I went here, and it was pretty good. I got a blondie. And yeah, my oldest got a pomegranate, something fizz. It was almost like a monster drink. And it was also good. My littlest boy got the cinnamon roll coffee and that thing was delicious.
