A really good japanese restaurant, nice servers, a menu that can attend all customers with good varieties.
Also there is a bar with a good vibe and bunch options of drinks.

“From the outside, the Council location looks like a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Walking inside is a pleasant surprise. I ate here with my sister for the first time, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Plus the food is delish! I am a huge fan of the Loaded Blackened Fish. I've had it twice now, and I'm obsessed. Prices are good, too. I'll have to take my parents here when they come to visit. My husband loved the Cajun Fettuccine as well. He got it with only chicken, but it was still so flavorful. 10/10 recommend.“

“We ordered 4 appetizers, the pork banh mi, steak pho, and kids chicken pho. EVERYTHING was delicious! My husband can't wait to try the Vietnamese coffee earlier in the day, I wouldn't be surprised if he went back tomorrow and got another banh mi. we will be back.“
