While the front line cashier was the most unprofessional worker I witnessed i did not witness the other workers or interact with them to make a judgement. I must ask why you let the gentleman on backline touch the fish he was dropping in the vat with bare hands. Disappointed in the service and could not allow myself to eat the food even though it's appearance looked well. Will never be coming back

Stood at the front counter 1st in line for 10 minutes before even being addressed then waited 35 minutes to get our food all while dealing with someone who I had to ask to speak up every time she spoke. There were no napkins and no root beer. Last visit I'll make.

I figured why not try it out since I was tired of chicken places and I’ll have to say it’s not what I remembered as a kid the food was decent but could use some more time in the fryer my fries tho were amazing just needed a little salt and hush puppy’s I was so impressed with but the one guy working the inside while 2 are outside smoking really got on my nerves and the whole place needs a make over

If I could leave lower stars, I would. The food itself was bad. The rice bowl was drowning in sauce, which made the food too sour. The chili dog was caked in mustard and onion. The A&W root beer itself has lost carbonation. The hushpuppies were greasy. That's just the food.
The cleanliness of the store is horrid. This place is a dump. Behind the soda machine, you can see layers of dust and grime. The bathroom was missing a whole urinal and the mirrors were foggy from terrible cleaning. The floors feel greasy and slippery under my shoes. NO JOKE, I walked into the restaurant, there was a dust pile that was left out from someone no finishing their sweeping. THERE WAS A COCKROACH IN THE PILE!!
This makes me sad because I grew up with A&W and this is just heartbreaking to see this place in such terrible shape.

Operating hours that are posted on the door show 9pm for sundays. At 8:25 the doors were locked and no one answered the drive through. It’s a rare occasion that either of these 2 restaurants get chosen, and it’s much less likely now.

My forth attempt to eat here and again they are out of rootbear. I've been sitting at this drive thru window for 26 minutes now for 3 burgers, im the only customer at this point. Why and what would take so long. I won't be back. If I was the owner I'd just close it.

Waited 25 mn in the drive thru for 3 things. Chili cheese dog had gobs of mustard all on it...why? My restaurant, were people actually dine in, serves people food from SCRATCH quicker than this. They need actual management and training. Very polite but that's all I can say.
This place feels like a fever dream. The anti social staff. The speaker is blown out. The food took around 30 mins when there was only like 4 other people in the restaurant. I did NOT enjoy the “fresh” root beer from the soda machine. The food was mid. Try a different location maybe.
