Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Went through the drive thru and got breakfast only to have missing items. The problem really happens when your drive thru workers are being super short and cutting people off when they’re ordering. I felt totally rushed when making my order and had a feeling things would be wrong solely based off that interaction. When i called the store to remedy the situation i was once again met with a rude short employee. He also hung up on me in the middle of me talking and when i called back he answered very rudely “hello” instead of greeting me properly. When i asked why i was hung up on he told he he couldn’t hear me. I’m not sure that warrants hanging up on a customer in my opinion. I’ve literally never had an issue when i go in the evening it’s always when i go in the mornings. The morning crew really needs to figure it out because this ain’t it.

I freakin love braums.. was just saying I will never live in a state that doesn't have braums ever again. LOL.

Grew up eating Braum’s food and ice cream and drinking their milk and I still like it over most ice cream places

Got breakfast. Ate about half. Then one bite was full of a hair all wrapped up in the egg. Then found 2 more long black hairs in the egg. Told the morning manager and he didn't give a shit. Said he'd remake it. But I had already eaten half before noticing the hair salad. Wouldn't do anything else. Took attitude with me like I had done something wrong. Very arrogant and Jerky to me.

I’ve been going to Braum’s for years. And I have been buying their blueberry muffins for years.
However, I was just at Braum’s and bought some Of their blueberry muffins, like literally two days ago, and I was going to eat one of the muffins today and it was already growing mold. And as you could see by the date, it says November 21. It’s only November 14. So why is it growing mold?! Makes me concerned with the food quality that they are serving.

First off, I use to go to this Braum’s almost every morning for breakfast. I quit due to one lady being so rude, and the quality of the food continued to decline. This week I have been going back daily to get shakes due to a soft diet. Every day my shakes have not been mixed smooth, it’s like they put scoops of ice cream in them and barely mix it. Also they aren’t full. They are about 1/2 inch to and inch from the top. My boyfriend has experienced the same with his malts, and when he gets a sundae, the scoops of ice cream are so small they don’t even cover the brownies. There is no care when food is being prepped. It’s hit or miss with bland/rude service. I do not recommend this store at all.
