Food is always good and cheap, service could be better. Atmosphere is only a three because it's a fast food place and could use a little but more cleaning.

This is for the Braums located on SW 134th St, OKC, between May and Penn. We went through the drive- through and placed a fairly simple order. 1 crispy chicken with Mayo and pickles only and a #1 burger minus onions, plus Mayo. We received a SPICY crispy chicken sandwich, and a burger with mustard squirted in the middle of the small PINCH of shredded lettuce in the middle of the bun. The burger patty was cold, dry, and hard. We didn't discover this until we got home. There wasn't time for us to go back because we had an appointment. When I called, the kid that answered said they had been slammed and that's probably why the mistakes. A $10 UNEDIBLE mistake!!!

BRAUM'S IS WHAT FAST FOOD SHOULD BE. Seriously. What other fast food place can you get meat that is local and produce that is fresh and ice cream that is amazing. And I haven't even started to talk about the fact that there is a friendly neighborhood grocery store in every single lobby armed every Brahms, I can't get over this I'm from Montana and the only thing I can say about Brahms is negative is it isn't where I was born and raised.

This place and the workers are slow as molasses. I have poured honey faster than they prepare anything in the drive through. Most of my food was cold and just because I ask for no bun doesn’t mean I want my burger patty dry. Please put the sauce on the patties instead of handing me meat patties and cold cheese in a box.

Found Braum's at the entrance to the hotel we pulled into after a long day of driving. It's fast food but doesn't seem like corporate fast food that was prepared months prior. Very wholesome and seemed made on site.

went to the store ordered 2 large unsweet teas they gave us sweet tea. that happens no big deal. realized this after i had left so i went back to the store went back to the drive thru and explained the problem. They promptly gave us 2 more teas. I tasted it and it was sweet tea again. I told them they gave us sweet tea again and they said I was wrong. They couldn't accept the fact that they may have put sweet tea in the unsweet container. they acted like I was wrong.. Someone needs to educate the staff on the difference between sweet tea and unsweet tea.. You see unsweet tea does not have sugar and sweet tea has sugar. I hope this instructional message helps you. and all of thiss was on top of getting the entire food order wrong in the first place.. But at least they are trying work so I will give them that

I went through the drive through today, with an order for 15 burgers. They were fast and friendly, and I didn't have to wait for my food at all, it was actually fast?! The most important part was that the person taking the orders (Ashley) was working with a headache and something in her eye, or just pain, and as she turned to talk on the speaker, not just with me, she was smiling huge. The joy that she had was awesome, and if I were in a hiring position, I would have stolen her if I could. Great employee!

I stopped to get a chocolate malt. I love their melts and shakes. I always love their burgers also.Kid-friendliness: Everyone is always very friendly when I stop in.
I asked for a hamburger and shake they can’t even get my order right and try they charging me an extra burger and and they gave short fries not going to this Braums

Food...went there for a quick pick-me-up breakfast. I received "hockey puck" biscuits. Service...had to repeat the order several times to the cashier. This was very frustrating. Do not serve "hockey puck" biscuits.

I love Braums but our Braums on Main in Yukon is looking rough. The people are kind and helpful but, the windows are always dirty. On the weekends it looks like a tornado hit behind the dairy counter. It just doesn't seem very clean the few times we've been in there. Unfortunately, I've started going to the one by the trnpke instead.
