Was in the drive thru line for a very long time and when my wife asked for a straw for her drink the girl working at the window gave her a dirty look. I understand customer service tends to take a hit at fast food places when things get busy but there's no reason just be plain rude, especially when the person asks nicely(I know when my wife isn't nice and she was definitely nice when she asked for the straw)

My family and I went to braums around 9pm-ish to get a quick meal and sweet treat, the place seemed like it was in it's busy hour yet everyone was very nice. The manager who took my order was very nice and observant even while also dealing with some kids who were being quite rude to him, but he still was nice and accommodating. There was another gentleman who was very kind and helped us with our order even though they were swampped and I believe backed up on ice cream orders. Workers, service and food 10/10. Best braums I've been too since I stopped working over 5years ago.
Quick and good service
We stop here often with our youth group to get icecream after doing service at the OKC temple nearby. Employees are always respectful and provide good service. It's typically clean as well and I appreciate that.

Ken is a terrible employee. He took forever to take my order and I had to repeat my order while he was actively inappropriately looking at the woman next to me in line. Once he finally took my order he was very rude and acted like I was wasting his time. When I finally got my food I was missing items and when asked where my missing items were he raised his voice told me it was not his problem. Sucks to have a single employee ruin an experience on multiple occasions when everyone else was nice.
Kind of run down. The men's bathroom was dirty, and the toilet would not flush. The Braum's at the interstate and turnpike are much better
